Under construction. No curtains on windows. Room wasn’t ready when I arrived. Overall frustrating and wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and accommodating. Centrally located.

Undergoing construction. Only one elevator working. I would prefer the old charm that they were getting rid of.

Front desk staff excellent friendly and helpful. Room Clean on arrival . I stayed two nights and room not cleaned or freshened between.. Breakfast awful. Soggy, cold and partly frozen bagels- ugh Waffle machine looked dirty No yogurt or cereal or even toast Coffee ok but bitter Eggs were all precooked and barely warm. I left hungry…. I had hoped to stay for graduation 2028 weekend. Hoping for improvement by that time!

Completely under renovation. the room itself was clean and updated but I would not go to this hotel. It was weird vibes with minimal breakfast and no lobby.

The hotel is under construction so direct access to the parking lot from the hotel wasn't available which meant carrying heavy luggage down stairs and the fitness room wasn't available and the room wasn't quite completed yet. However, everything was clean and the staff was helpful and nice. The only real issue was the construction.

I am sure they are going to do something with it - probably modern like the rooms. SAD! Whoever redesigned the rooms left out the desk and dresser - replaced by a small round table and to odd chairs. No place to store clothes, except in the small night stands. Thankfully the TV was updated - much larger. The bathroom shower is huge but there is limited surface area are on sink.

The Parkview is our go-to when staying in Syracuse. The staff is consistently friendly, the beds are comfy and it's always clean.

Staff was so friendly and lovely but there is construction happening. My room was brand new though so it definitely made up for it but there is only one elevator.

The room was big and clean, new facilities and modern design that we really liked. The parking lot is great The hotel is still on reconstruction and you can't access easily to the parking lot

We had a great experience- our room was very clean and everything was new. The staff was very nice. There was remodeling going on in some parts of the building but it didn’t affect us at all. The hotel is an easy walk downtown or to Syracuse University. Great restaurants nearby like Phoebe’s and XO Taco. Easy walks to coffee shops too. One improvement would be the fitness room. The equipment was fine- there are two treadmill, a bike and an elliptical machine and free weights, bosu ball, etc., but it was all in a disarray and a bit unkept- maybe due to the remodeling that is happening. Other than that it was a great stay!

The fourth floor walls are very thin and we could hear conversations/people in the hallways until after midnight. The front desk young man was not very attentive. There is construction going on but we did not hear it from our room. The rooms seem to be in the process of being renovated.

The hotel is being renovated to become a Hampton by Hilton. The front desk staff were okay but nothing special. The room had been renovated, but not completely; the window was very dirty and the blinds were broken. There were no washcloths or hand towels. Breakfast was okay. Aging A/C unit is noisy.

The bathroom design is horrible. A vanity and sink so small water is everywhere just washing a face and there is no space for toiletries. Even a shelf or hook would help.

The hotel is under renovation. My room had been updated but the lobby and the elevator had not been. The property looked run down. The front desk staff were pleasant but knew almost nothing about the area. The breakfast was one of the most mediocre that I've had. The coffee was lukewarm. The breakfast space had not been updated and the person working was slow to respond to any requests.

The hotel is under construction. There’s a lot of dust. The room was fine, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast in the morning and the coffee were both pretty awful. Parking is easy and the bed was comfortable so our stay was fine.

Large room with lots of natural light There’s was construction going on in the lobby/main area that I wasn’t expecting. One out of 2 elevators weren’t working. Could hear other guests in their room from the hallway (never experienced that to this extent at any other hotel and I travel quite a bit
