Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Ce

We have stayed here at least a dozen times and we will miss it! Our only complaint is that the hotel is closing, glad the college kids will.have more housing though!

Towels need to be upgraded

Front desk personnel were very efficient and professional. The room was cleaned. The location of the hotel is good to visit Syracuse University. Facilities needs upgrade including rooms, restaurants and gym facilities. The club room food can be improved.

We liked the fact that the breakfast (not provided in the cost of the room) could be ordered ahead and brought right to our door in the morning. It is a bit pricey. You are paying for the convenience of location- close to the university, hospitals, etc. However, we decided the price/convenience made for less hassle in getting to our events.

Conveniently located to SUNY ESF We stayed on the club level and the attendant was not maintaining the supplies of breakfast foods, cups, plates.

Perfect location for visiting campus’ It’s dated and in need of upgrades across the board

Excellent staff and a restaurant that served Beyond burgers! Nelson helped me out with a difficult situation and I am forever grateful for him. My room was too close to the elevator and there was none other available at the time I arrived.

The hotel is also dorm for SU students. There were students living on the same floors we were staying in. It looked a little tired and run down. The floor that we stayed looked worn and a little dirty. It looked like they hadn't been maintaining the property. Come to find out, they are closing the hotel in May and converting it into student housing. So I suspect they haven't been maintaining it in anticipation of that changeover. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable.

we booked the room with queen bed and bathtub and upon arrival it was said we were booked for 2 doubles? Then we were put in a queen room which had no bathtub so we had to change rooms.

Location close to the universo Rooms are kind of old and carpets need to cleaned. Heaters didn’t work on negative 10 degrees conditions.

Location is ideal for visiting an SU student. That is really the only reason to pay so much. The attached restaurant had decent food but somewhat overpriced. This is not a good value for the money. Cost for parking is high (this is Syracuse, not NYC). Beds were only so-so for comfort. There is a pool, though it's quite small. Really all you are paying for here is proximity to the SU campus

Close to my child at the University Dated. Furniture chipped and worn.

Location Temperature control throughout the facility. Noisy furnace in room. Cold in lobby.

All employees were very polite and helpful

The closeness to campus It really needs upgrade. All carpeting , doors, bathroom and furniture are overused and not in good shape.

Great hotel in downtown syracuse. Starbucks, and full service bar and restaurant. Pet friendly

Sheraton Syracuse was perfectly located for the Syracuse University's Orange Preview day for prospective students. Meeting place on on campus was a short walk from hotel. Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking in the attached garage was very easy/convenient, too! We could park there all day during University event even though checked out of hotel.
