Clean rooms and good breakfast
-
The exterior looked worn, and guests had to be buzzed in through the front entrance. The lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the property overall appeared very old and in need of significant maintenance. There were even sections of the ceiling that were missing, which did not inspire confidence in the property’s upkeep. Our room appeared to be clean, but it had a noticeable odor that made it feel unpleasant to stay in. Although housekeeping seemed to have done their job, the smell detracted from the overall experience. The staff were pleasant and courteous, but friendly service alone does not make this a five-star experience. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the hotel that we chose not to stay for breakfast. We booked this hotel because it seemed like a great deal close to our concert venue, but we left feeling that the listing did not accurately reflect the property. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel. We found what appeared to be a bed bug in our room and immediately took it to the front desk. What was most concerning was that the staff didn’t seem surprised or alarmed when we showed it to them. Their reaction made it seem as though this may not have been the first time they had encountered this issue. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Rooms were not very clean. Our door key fob was broke. Which made it almost impossible to get into the room. There was such a large gap intern the door and the door frame that you could basically see outside.
-
Room was clean, the staff was friendly location was great. Parking lot was small but we were able to find a spot

The property and the rooms were not thoroughly clean. When we entered the room, I smelled mildew. The curtains were dusty and old. The outside of the rooms and property were not thoroughly clean either. I stayed at this establishment because I attended a concert, went to the concert, came back, and there was no where to park! I had to double park and tell the hotel staff in order not to get towed! They knew and offered no alternative. Overall, terrible experience. I give this place two thumbs down. Don’t stay at this place!!

The room had cockroaches, the bedsheets and towels were dirty, and they didn’t even have extras to give us. They are giving us not an ounce of compensation for this room. We paid over $500 for the night and it was absolutely filthy.

Clean rooms
-
The staff was very kind, but our TV did not work and there was no shampoo.
-
(2) The smoke alarm in the bedroom also needed to be tightened more securely to the ceiling. (3) The instructions that show how to unlock the room's entrance door using the key card need to be more precise.
-
Common areas like the elevator and walkways to the rooms (they are outside) were very dirty. Same empty pizza box was outside of a room for 4 days. Rooms themselves were OK, not great. Was booked for 5 nights. Asked to have the room cleaned, bed made, clean towells...twice. Never got done. AC unit was very loud. Would not stay here again.
-
Proximity to the area's attraction is very good. I return because the accommodations & breakfast are on point.
-
The location was convenient but not in a great neighborhood. Would not feel safe walking around it at night. The hotel looked OK at first but the elevator was dirty as were the hallways. Room itself was OK however, I booked a 5 night stay and asked twice for housekeeping to clean the room and provide fresh towels. It never happened. Would not stay here again.

I think milly the hostess was professional, but the shades were dirty, our outside view was covered up by a big spider web, not one time did housekeeping offer any towels or to even take our garbage or clean up the room, we stayed 4 nights, the hallways and steps were dirty, so it wasn’t a good stay, but the location was good.

WiFi was spotty.
-
Unclean. Terrible area. People standing in the parking lot all hours of the night, curtains didn’t close, door loose. Just NO.
-
Walking distance to some nice places downtown, weight room was nice.
-
Milly, the receptionist was excellent and welcoming
-
It is a bit down trodden, but in balance was quite clean.
