Collegian Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The hotel is kind of run down. Lobby has broken floor tiles. The room had mold in the bathroom. There is no mini fridge in the room. The bathroom had old toothpaste spit innthe sink. It just has a run down poorly maintained feel about it. Also it says it has a restaurant but its not open every day. Ive been in worse but ive also been in way better cheaper places.

Staff at hotel is great! But the room was okay few things in room that was broken like the blinds, door handle to closet was broke the light over shower didn’t work the bathroom light had one bulb out the lobby and etc was very clean.

The room was clean and ready at check in. The staff most notably the young man at the front desk was great and more than helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were not updated, the window looked out on a dump dumpster, there was a stain the bed, the faucet handle came off in my hand

The staff were so kind and helpful. TMack is a gem, he’s filled with history, knowledge and fun facts about Syracuse! If you want to talk sports he knows his stuff! TMack would be our reason alone to book a stay here! He went above and beyond!

Location was great. Sheets for sofa bed were dirty and gross. AC in that area of the room was ridiculously cold.

Location is great, the lobby and restaurant/bar are nice. The rooms are small and dated. Our door wouldn’t completely shut or open without some effort.
