Old building. Broken air conditioning but they gave us a fan. Probably great in winter.

Also, no fridge in the room.

Nearly everything about this stay was a disappointment. At check-in I was given the wrong type of room. I reserved a Deluxe King Suite and was given a tiny Queen

The room was not as clean as expected but not real bad. Bed linen was worn (holes). Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and water in the lobby was very nice. I would stay at the property again.

I like that it was relatively close to the airport for early morning flights. For the price of a room per night, the rooms are very small, ours had a view of inside the parking garage, and everything was a bit dingy. It was disappointing and the pictures are deceiving.

It’s definitely one of the hotels you can stay in . Not cheap looking! Well maintained. I’m very pleased.

Very small room, stains on the rug, no refrigerator, door lock didn’t work correctly. Disappointed for the Wyndham chain.

I love the location of property Outdated needs a major overhaul paint, carpet doors bathrooms - would be outstanding property if gave some tlc

The room was not especially clean (around faucets, sink, shower, couch, floors). The light on the bathroom (over the mirror and sink) was not properly secured to the wall. The couch was covered with stains. The shower floor was slimey feeling. They apparently allow dogs and we had a neighbor who had one who we heard barking off and on. One of the windows was completely missing the curtains (yet had a rod).

Rooms were clean. Local homeless people asking for money in the lobby.

Location is good. The first room she put is in was dank, not super clean and the bathroom was missing a door knob. It felt dank, not what I imagined from the website. Second room was better. Breakfast was fine. See above- missing door knob, not clean, chipped paint and tiles, run down, small room and bathroom

Tiny room, outdated gross bathroom. Queen bed seemed more like a full. Overpriced for what you get.

I appreciate that the staff were kind and that the property is near to Syracuse Uni and SUNY ESF At the time we were there, the AC was not working at all. We slept in 85 F inside our room when the temp outside was way below 85 F. We thought we were going to be sick after. But on our 2nd day they upgraded us to a good room with working AC. Hopefully whatever issue on the 2nd floor rooms was fixed.

The room is nice. The staff never came to clean the room after we asked for room service. The rest of the stay was nice.

Rooms has strained comforters, towels and pillow inserts. Very disappointed for a 4 start rating hotel

It was well kept and always given attention before it needed it. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The a/c didn’t work properly so they gave me box fans. The room was not clean when I got to it. My three days there room service only came when it was time to check out. Front desk staff, amazing. Restaurant not being open Monday & Tuesday, make that make sense. The staff are all nice and go above & beyond.
