Hotel staff are very helpful, clean rooms, very convenient to the university and downtown

Staff was very friendly. Room was not clean. Bathroom was very unclean. Toilet didn't flush well. Lock on door didn't operate properly. No mini refrigerator, even though it was requested twice. No amenities at all in the room. Parking cost $10/night, which is not terrible, but should be included.

Bugs in the bed. Carpets that stunk up the hotel from years of smoke.

Perfectly located for visiting Syracuse University. I appreciated the shuttle service. They could use new rugs or get rid of them completely.

Booked a queen size bed and was given a full size. for two adults

it was clean The staff was absolutely rude. The best were not comfortable at all. It was as if you were sleeping on wood. The smoke detectors went off at 7 o'clock in the morning.

We booked a suite. It was plenty big for 2 adults and a toddler. And it was close to campus. Bed was clean as were the towels. Room is dated and a bit worn. The bed frame was broken and creaked all night. The sofa was stained. The HVAC system leaked water all night. The bathroom fixtures are also worn. The coffee machine spilled coffee and the coffee wasn’t very good. AND, we needed to pay $10 for overnight parking.

The hotel is kind of run down. Lobby has broken floor tiles. The room had mold in the bathroom. There is no mini fridge in the room. The bathroom had old toothpaste spit innthe sink. It just has a run down poorly maintained feel about it. Also it says it has a restaurant but its not open every day. Ive been in worse but ive also been in way better cheaper places.

Staff at hotel is great! But the room was okay few things in room that was broken like the blinds, door handle to closet was broke the light over shower didn’t work the bathroom light had one bulb out the lobby and etc was very clean.

The room was clean and ready at check in. The staff most notably the young man at the front desk was great and more than helpful

The 1st floor restaurant and server was very pleasant.?? All was well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were not updated, the window looked out on a dump dumpster, there was a stain the bed, the faucet handle came off in my hand

The staff were so kind and helpful. TMack is a gem, he’s filled with history, knowledge and fun facts about Syracuse! If you want to talk sports he knows his stuff! TMack would be our reason alone to book a stay here! He went above and beyond!
