The room was clean but very small. Beds were not at all firm.

The room was nice and clean the only bad part was when I went to take a shower the conditioner was empty kinda sucks when you have think long hair to have no conditioner if I had known I just would have not washed my hair

I arrived for check in and the first thing I was told was I had to pay to park on the property. At that point I had no choice to stay because I paid thru a 3rd party. I checked in and proceeded to my room. The front room door was off the hinges. I had to shoulder hit it to open. The room itself was ok. Not a Suite type room. Although it had a sofa. It was peacefull once inside. Then I took out my laptop to do some work since it was a work trip and guess what? I had to pay for WIFI. Unbelievable. The staff were friendly but would never stay or recommend this place. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. And this is not the worst but close to it.

My 2-day stay was generally a very pleasant one with very helpful staff all around. The one area which I would improve is the A/C in the room. I was unable to lower the temperature in the room below 73 degrees even at night. That made it somewhat uncomfortable during a July stay.

Great place to stay

Room was clean,staff were very helpful. Shuttle service was awesome. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I unfortunately couldn't partake in the breakfasts but maybe next time.

Room smelled like smoke, bathroom small with clogged sink. Only one entrance to use. Parking lot small.

The hallways smelled like straight weed. There are not mini fridges in the rooms. The back door was not working so you had to walk to the front door when you wanted to enter. For some reason at random times there was full bedding just piled in the hallways. The air conditioning is severely outdated. I will be working in the area for a few months. I have opted to re locate.

Place was dirty, smelled like mildew, immediately cancelled our reservation. Staff was helpful facilitating cancellation

Very comfortable and clean

After a long day driving we showed up to the Collegian at 9pm only to be told that there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms. We were told many rooms were 80 degrees and above. We never received a call from Wyndham letting us know about the problem. We then had to scramble to find new accommodations. I understand things can happen but incredibly poor customer service, Wyndham.

We found out after we arrived that the air conditioning was not working (it was during the heat wave ) however the staff member moved us to another room that happened to be much cooler and by the morning I guess the ac started working again

The food at the restaurant was good and the servers were very kind as well. Only thing is the a/c cut out in the night both nights we stayed there, but fortunately, we were able to get a fan at front desk. Other quick note is we had no curtains in our room and the california shutters dont really keep out the sunlight in the mornings. Thanks Collegian team!

We were put in an old room that had significant mold in the bathroom along the shower floor unit. The shower floor edge was broken. Staff responded nicely to our complaint and moved us to an appropriate and nice room.

The AC doesn’t work. I switched rooms and the AC in either room worked. The room got 85 degrees at 2am. The shuttle doesn’t run during the time advertised. I specifically booked this room for the airport shuttle, then when I checked in, I was told the earliest the shuttle runs is 8am, however the site says 7am. I wouldn’t stay here again. Also, they should disclose there is construction happening. There was painting and carpet dryers in the hallways.

Booked room as we were attending a concert at local venue. After returning from concert around 11pm noticed room had gotten warmer since we left around 6pm. At 430 am it was 82 in the room. Air conditioner was not working, when I mentioned it at check out employee didn’t seem very interested. The room 212 in itself was not in the best repair.

Old building. Broken air conditioning but they gave us a fan. Probably great in winter.

Also, no fridge in the room.

Nearly everything about this stay was a disappointment. At check-in I was given the wrong type of room. I reserved a Deluxe King Suite and was given a tiny Queen
