Hotel Murano

Comfy beds , clean sheets and friendly staff. All needed for a great staycation ❤️

This was a great hotel in a centralized location, filled with amazing glass creations from famous glass blowers all over the world! Rooms were clean, cozy lighting and accommodating for my disabilities!

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Didn't try the breakfast.

Refrigerator buzzed loudly and the bathroom "night" light was impossible to turn off in an easily determined way.

This was such a great stay in Tacoma! I love staying at the Murano because it’s always nice, clean, safe, and in walking distance to so many great restaurants. This trip we were flying out of SEATAC and it was a short drive to the airport in the morning too, which worked out amazing. Highly recommend!

Every single thing about this hotel is fantastic from the bar, to the staff, to rooms, and the views. This is our fourth time staying here and we will keep coming back. It is the go to place for my birthday now that we’ve found it. Keep up the great work

Rooms are not updated and poorly kept. Bathroom tub and shower was peeling and falling apart.

What's not to like? Great location,modern,clean,very nice room,nice staff & pet friendly! Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice all around. Staff was great, hotel was clean, and the room was great. Beed was comfortable and room fridge was actually cold!!

The lobby made a good first impression, however the room disappointed. There were no drawers to put clothes in. The phone did not work. The bathroom sink clogged and was slow to drain. The front desk staff had the maintenance crew come to fix it (but not in the time we agreed upon). They stated the sink was fixed but not for long as the drain wouldn’t remain up. The towels were like sandpaper and there was no microwave. Furthermore, I was surprised with a $30/day parking fee. We did not try the restaurant since the prices were astronomical. Ending on a positive note, The fitness center was pretty good and the front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The property was clean and the staff were kind, however, there was a chemical smell to the room which made sleeping difficult.

The bar on-site is always fun and I seem to meet other travels every time because of the friendly environment. I love the waterfront and Mt Rainier views. Excellent restaurants right around the north bend including Dukes. There’s a great bar-cade called Dorkys which is always fun if you’re old school and of course the nearby McMennamins Elks Temple which is 7 stories of awesomeness. By far my favorite McMennamins yet. The tiki bar downstairs is epically cool and so is the secret bar that you have to find by pushing on random walls.

We drove from California for an event and we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I haven't been to Tacoma in quite a few years. The downtown was very, very clean. Did not see homeless. My wife and I walked about 15 minutes to 7 Seas brewing and it was fantastic. No issues walking there. Parking was very safe right next to the hotel. Walked down to the marina over the walking bridge, got some great pics. A great time.

Breakfast very good

Front desk was friendly and professional. The hotel lobby was beautiful. I stayed on the 8th floor and each floor had different artists artwork displayed which intrigued me to visit each floor. Free bike rental was a disappointment ! For this huge hotel, only 2 bikes? I wanted to rent, but one had a flat tire. Fitness room was plentiful. Room felt damp but clean otherwise. We explored Seattle more, but like the laid back calmness of Tacoma. Tacoma itself felt quite desolate so the surrounding areas was too quiet for me.
