After a long evening celebrating my best friend’s wedding and chauffeuring friends home, I arrived exhausted and desperately needing to get to my room. Instead, I found the parking garage—despite being paid for—completely full. I had no choice but to leave my car under the entrance overhang, and even then the hotel attempted to charge me for valet service that never occurred. Things only got worse. I had booked a king room, but the hotel had overbooked and downgraded me to a queen without notice. My key cards weren’t activated, so I couldn’t even use the elevator. Standing there, exhausted, uncomfortable, and unable to reach my room, was infuriating. Once I finally got settled, I tried to decompress at the hotel bar. It was 10:50 PM—well before their advertised midnight closing time—but the bar was already shut down. The bartender sent us to their sister property across the street, which closed at 11 PM. Why send guests somewhere that’s minutes from closing? To top it off, the noise throughout the night was relentless. Every door opening and closing echoed loudly, making sleep nearly impossible. This hotel failed at every basic expectation of hospitality. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Perfect location for our conference at the convention center. It was clean and quiet. The receptionist was sweet. We appreciated all the staffs.

Good location for the purposes of my visit. Clean room and help staff. Security cameras in the hallways and on premises in general made for a great sense of safety.

Hotel was nice and in a good area. My only real complaint is that I paid for valet parking only to learn at 430am that I did not have valet service and I would have to retrieve my car myself. This was not explained to me when I was given the option to self park for $19 or valet for $30. The front desk guy had the nerve to come out and ask if my family and I were waiting for an uber knowing we just checked out and he had my keys in his hand.

Initially our TV was not working and a maintenance man came up and was able to fix it. Well done. Nice location.

Nice location.

Nice clean hotel, great breakfast options, welcoming staff
-
Stay was okay. Unfortunately taking a hot shower kept setting off the fire alarm and interrupted our rest.

We stayed in one of their suits and it was VERY nice! 5 stars in every category

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially because VRBO double booked our rental house. Wish they had more options other than Starbucks but there was a coffee shop nearby (it wasn’t open early enough for us though). Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We appreciate the front desk staff and the restaurant staff as well! They were all friendly, helpful and professional with accommodating our needs for my mom. It was a nice get away from our home.

Check in: no problem there, normal stuff...BUT the room we were given was absolutely gross! Hair in the bathroom (sink, floor, toilet) carpet bunched up and DIRTY!, kick plate around the beds were filthy, the window was so sun damaged that it was opaque and you could only see thru parts of it. Nicks, scrapes and gouges in the wood work..etc..Needless to say, we requested another room. 2nd room was cleaner, but the tub was worn out with stains all over it, the sink basin was the smallest I've ever seen!, and wood work was still beat up, over all, the room was in need of a facelift! I paid for a deluxe suite, what I got was a large room with 2 queens and a worn out hide a bed. We requested a wake up call...didn't happen! Luckily my phone alarm worked! Wanted the free coffee to find out the only coffee "free" was the room "pods" (the absolute worst truck stop style!) (altho the staff did begrudgingly make me a espresso .it wasn't because he wanted to!..I just whined alot) All coffee except room pods co$t. There are no free amenities! There was only one bottle of water in the room and it was $6. I thought we were to get free breakfast, but despite paying nearly $350 a night for the room, we were informed that we hadn't purchased the correct package. A Manhatten and a "mule" cost $37. NO views! I really would prefer to have my money back. It was a horrible place to stay.
-
Very disappointed with spending $600 on a two day stay and it feel like a $50 a night place. Valet and housekeeping staff were great though.
-
No issues, but surprisingly pricey (almost $500 a night when I visited).

Great property!
