Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma Downtown

The room was large, and very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and modern, particularly liked the walk in shower, much safer when you get older.

Great place to stay in Tacoma. Convenient to everything and especially close to two amazing beer/dining places. Our room was on the back side facing the mural at Heidelberg Brew Pub. Very quiet. The room was clean a spacious. Sad that there isn't free breakfast. We never saw anyone in the restaurant the 4 days we were there. Maybe they should re-think that situation.

Definitely bring earplugs as the walls are not very soundproof. Overall a great stay.

I didn’t like there was no swimming pool, no hot tub and no out side patio to set outside. For the price of the Hilton garden hotel. I was very disappointed for such a name brand as this with that kind of price tag on it. So yes I was very disappointed to have to go across the street to set at someone else property to enjoy the limited outside for 7 days

No pool. Not enough amenities to justify the price. Nice stay. Comfortable beds. Large rooms.

Nicely located with secure parking. Beds were very comfortable. Helpful grab bar in tub. Spacious room. The Hilton pet fees are excessive. For one night, no extras, our total bill exceeded $400. The hotel is nice, but not THAT great.

Perfect room to end our trip with

The hand held shower needed a new washer where the hose and handheld shower connect. Tha water would spray forcefully if it wasn't held just right. Also where the refrigerator is the outside door opened one way and the refrigerator door opened the opposite which was not easy to menuver.

The room was very clean and the bed was super soft.

Check in on Monday was fast and efficient, the front desk gal for most of my stay, Madeline, was amazing and so helpful when I needed something. On my first night I had refidgerator issues so Mike came up and helped me figure out what was going on. I had a few ciders from the onsite bar and both ladies I interacted with were amazing. For my first hotel stay ever, it was great and I plan to come back

The room was very comfortable for a good price. I had a king size bed and there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room as well. Basic, but in a good way: everything you need. It is not in the busiest part ot Tacoma and the surrounding area can feel a bit empty at night. (Though there are a couple restaurants right in the vicinity.)

Great stay. Food was great at in house restaurant. Friendly helpful staff.

Have stayed here twice for medical courses, the location is perfect, secure parking, gym was good, dinner was good, comfy and quiet room. Highly recommend.

Great location considering the lower than average price for the room. A view of Mt. Rainier and a perfect clean quiet room. A block up the hill from a cool street with stores and restaurants.

Hot take water was only luke warm, same last trip as well. We had several rooms on several floors same issue
