The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable. The room was too dark. It needs more lighting or lamps. The bathroom was too small and needed more toiletries. There should be shower gel in the shower, not at the sink or in both places, and a shower cap would be nice.

The staff was welcoming when we arrived. The room was fine- it was clean and very spacious- a little dark in the room but otherwise fine. There was a small fridge and a microwave in the room, and a desk as well. The tv got lots of channels. The breakfast was the only negative- there was coffee but very minimal other items- a few pierces of fruit and some yogurt- if it was better stocked it would have earned the extra star on the review.

Breakfast was ok. Location perfect No toothpaste or toothbrush was provided. Breakfast lacked variation and similar everyday

The staff was the best part of the stay. I booked a total of 3 rooms for my son’s graduation. 1 on the rooms did not have a working tv or any shower amenities (i.e. soap, shampoo, or conditioner). I had to use a hotel cup to get the shower gel from over the sink when showering. All 3 rooms smelled a bit moldy.

Air conditions were good and worked well. The ventilation system was fine. The room was clean enough. Mini refrigerator and microwave oven were in working conditions. There were homeless walking almost inside the compartment. The drainage system of hotel room's restroom was poor, water leaked out in the room. The stuffs weren’t that helpful with the right information.

Nothing They put me in a room that was already occupied. When they changed my room there was no remote and they would not provide me with one. When I checked out because the accommodations were not what I paid for they marked me as a no show so booking.com would not give me a full refund.

The staff was very helpful when addressing an issue with the stay. When the stormy weather hit, the ceiling began to drip in several areas onto the bed causing the need to move to another room to which there weren't any available. So I cut our trip short to checkout a day early. Also, there is no elevator and the pool is at the back or side of the building. Therefore, you can't enjoy it if it starts raining. Lastly, carpet needs to be replaced throughout entire building or better yet removed & replaced with new flooring.

Breakfast is Horrible.Someone broke in our room while we were sleeping.There is not one we could report this incident too.I do not recommend anyone to stay here

It was pet friendly. There was no lock latch on my door which maybe me concerned for my safety.

I used this hotel as a half-way stop over travelling to New Orleans it was only for 1 night. I loved the breakfast in the morning. My family & I were all on the same level Some of the rooms had a bad odur to them. Staff were great and very helpful getting a replacement room

Reasonable value Overuse of plastic for breakfast. Cutlery and plates not reusable not recyclable.
