It is a great Hotel, fantastic location inside College Town; unfortunately too expensive when it comes to booking during FSU events.

I liked your staff. Especially the assistant manager, Nia, who had offered to comp our room but honestly we did not want to be comped or moved. I cleaned the room and did accept her offer to buy us dinner and it was very good. This young woman is an asset to your organization and you should take good care of her. Because of her kindness & willingness to make this right we will be back on July 17th. And we hope the room will be clean. Our room was not clean. There were crumbs and sesame seeds all over the table, sticky surfaces, a dirty towel and robe from a previous guest hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

It was a great stay loved the convenience of the restaurant on site.

Make sure you consider what night you’re staying. We were there for a good nights sleep before heading west early the next morning…and we didn’t consider the club music that would be pounding until 2am. I got about 3 hours sleep. Choose to stay on the non- street side away from the bars. They provide sound machines, but they don’t help.

I loved the cleanliness and the staff The power in the area went out briefly. The knob in the shower was a little tricky.

I needed to be close to FSU, so the location was perfect. I didn’t like having to pay an extra $25/day for parking though. As a woman staying alone, it didn’t feel super safe waking through a back alley from the garage. I also had a safety concern because anybody can walk in the hotel and take the elevator to any floor because the elevator doesn’t require a key card to do so. My room wasn’t cleaned, bed not made, shower not cleaned, but the towels were replenished. Also, the AC had to be lowered to 66 to really cool the room. Lastly, the hot water in the shower at 6pm was a challenge, I’m assuming it was a popular shower time. It took 10 minutes to get it lukewarm, then it got cold again, so I gave up and got out.

Rooms were nice but the AC is set on certain temp, so it gets hot in the room, and rooms feel moist.
