Very beautiful hotel and staff were excellent!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lady at the restaurant was extremely professional, helpful and always smiling (even though she was doing everything). The rooms are ok but unfortunately we got a room facing a wall (parking lot). They didnt clean the room, just gave us towels. This place is all about location and ambiance, they get an A+ for that.

We had a great time at Indigo. Great location to FSU games and the staff was wonderful

Met with a smile when I checked in and when I checked out. Staff was fantastic, the restaurant food and service great. My room was clean and comfortable . Indigo is my new favorite hotel.

Location Restruant staff were kinda rude and not friendly. One kid was wearing pimple patches all over his face and staff is all congregated and talking about people.

The location was central and near everything. No Parking / additional charge to park

The location is ideal for visiting the major universities.

Our shower dripped all night and the air-conditioning had a hard time keeping up with the heat. The restaurant was clearly shortstaffed as there was a week to be seated for dinner and breakfast. Once we finally ordered, it took nearly an hour for the food to come. Dinner was very good but practice included raw pancakes. We will still give this hotel, another shot based on past experience being much better.

Nice hotel and great staff. Love the convenience of the location. The amenities are great and the property is very clean. Will visit again.

The front of staff is very friendly. However, when it is busy during a key FSU weekend, there is a clear breakdown in staffing. This is an expensive hotel. And there are several things including garage parking, hotel keys that don't work and lazy housekeeping that should not be an issue. One of their biggest problems is the restaurant. Three times now, we have had terrible food service. Food takes 45-60 minutes to get served when the restaurant is EMPTY! We've not had a consistent meal there in years. And when the food DOES arrive, half of it is cold. We don't dine there again.

Hotel itself was very nice and the front desk staff was excellent. The restaurant was disappointing, one waitress to serve the entire place for dinner, never were helped after we sat and ended up leaving. Staff your restaurant appropriately.

Rooms are large with high ceilings. We arrived in August and it was very hot out. Front desk staff had ample bottles of cold water to offer us. Check in was quick and efficient.

Upon checking into my room, I noticed hairs still in the shower. There was a live cockroach underneath the desk. The coffee maker was dirty, and I was not happy considering the amount of money I spent on the room.
