Ac needed to be unlocked in the room so we could lower it. So hot.

The staff were amazing. Really friendly and accomodating and helpful. Facilities in the roo. Were beyond what i expected. So .extremely pleased. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. But was easy to regulate.

The room was great, very clean, well stocked , everything was easy to use . Only drawback the trash bins in hallway was full upon arrival and was untouched when checking out the next day .

We had a great stay and loved that our fur baby was welcomed. Convenient to walk to lots of stuff too.

I stayed with my daughter at Hyatt House Tallahassee Capitol from August 16 through August 25, and we had a very positive experience. One highlight of my stay was the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with was consistently friendly, courteous, respectful, and willing to assist whenever needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Good customer service can make a big difference when you're away from home for several days, and I truly appreciated how I was treated. The hotel also has an excellent, convenient location. It makes getting around Tallahassee easy, whether you are driving or prefer to walk. Restaurants, a supermarket, a gas station, and other useful places are nearby, which was especially convenient during an extended stay. The location let me take care of many everyday needs without driving everywhere. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained when I arrived, which gave me a very good first impression. I also appreciated the Hyatt House amenities, especially for a longer stay. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. I would gladly consider staying at Hyatt House Tallahassee again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

It was okay. Waffles would be best. But otherwise good. Nothing. Everyone was friendly.

Check in is at 4pm. I arrived much earlier than expected. 12:30pm, I asked if my name could be wrote down to request an early check in. They said yes. They never called. By 3:35pm, I went back into the hotel to inquire about my room (I had been sitting in the parking lot the whole time because I was traveling with a dog and it was too hot outside for her). They said my room was ready and had been. The lady said I’ll put you on a lower floor since you’re traveling with a dog. I said ok. But that room was the furthest one down the hallway- the VERY last room in the hall, so it was extremely inconvenient having a dog. After being in the room for about 2 hours, I realized that I booked a Suite and this was a studio. I went down to the front desk to request extra towels and the lady said they were fully booked and didn’t have many to spare but did give me 2 extras. I then said, I assume I will get a partial refund for not getting the room I requested, she said she would make a note in my account. I NEVER RECEIVED A PARTIAL REFUND. The workers at breakfast were slow filling everything back up. People were standing around waiting on the main food, plates, silverware, coffee, etc. the one reason I booked this hotel was it had a bar and restaurant. That is a joke. There is a bar in the lobby, but the front desk worker leaves her desk to make you a drink. No menus were out for any type of HBar food. The commode ran, the shower head was broke. Parking is TIGHT and not enough.

I stayed in a one bedroom with kitchen suite and it was fabulous…like a little apartment. The bed is really comfortable, and the ability to stream Netflix is an added bonus. The fitness center is clean and decent-sized. Had no problem finding parking. The only downfall is I stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned the room once. Their policy is to come every other day. I even specifically asked for it to be cleaned again, as I had garbage in the kitchen, but they never came. I have stayed at two nearby hotels, and Hyatt House is the best. Highly recommend!
