Great location clean and had a friendly staff

It wasn't very clean. The breakfast was horrible. The juice maker wasn't working. Sprayed everywhere. No ketchup. No ice on the any floors had to ask staff.

There are a few areas that I feel could be improved. The pool and gym seem to be unavailable quite often, which is disappointing when those amenities are part of the reason for choosing the hotel. I also wish there were a small café or coffee shop where guests could grab something throughout the day. The downstairs restaurant and bar have very limited hours, and it would be nice if the bar offered things like Sunday football for guests. Overall, I enjoy staying here, but I do feel the hotel and its amenities could use some updating.

Great Hotel!!!

I was thrilled with the hotel.!it was a great location, wonderful rooftop restaurant and very clean. I hope to be back soon!

Staff was very unhelpful

That said, it's important to set your expectations. This is a “college-town hotel”, and while it provides the clean basics for a comfortable stay. One issue I noticed, and have notice it at other hotels around Tallahassee, is that the room individual AC units tend to have a musty/ mold-like smell.

Place was lacking amenities. Was under some construction. Valet was horrible and wait for car was well over 15 minutes even using the QR code ahead of time. Coffee and tea not restocked in room once used. Would not come here again when better properties nearby and cheaper. Location is a nice area though

Love the roof top restaurant and bar. The housekeeping wasn’t great because the maids didn’t clean our room but we spoke to management and they helped us

The hotel was under significant renovations during my stay. Thankfully, it didn't affect my stay much other than very slow elevators. Looking forward to brighter days at this historic hotel once the renovations are complete!

Good for its location. seems to have a moisture control issue in the common areas and the air conditioning was difficult to control.

First room we had, had a large roach crawling on the wall, when we got in our second room we realized the sliding door wouldn’t stay closed. When we went to sleep we were greeted by sheets that felt like tarps, we were cold without them on but hot with them on, no in between. The hallways had a mildew/wate odor to them.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovations so I can understand that there will be dust and construction materials around - no big deal. I love where the hotel is located as I was able to safely run the sidewalks.
