The best thing about this hotel is its management. The beds were comfortable. Its in Midtown, which is a great location. It is possible to walk around, but I did not see many pedestrians. It's near an historic site, restaurants, some shops, and cafes. The room needs love. The bathroom door had a hole in it that looked like someone punched it. The towels were small and thin.

Do !!!NOT!!! go there with Kids. Shady things happened in the room below us. Room smelled weird.
-
It had a peculiar smell, there were cockroaches, the toilet was dirty, a broken door Price

Everything was good. Money’s worth.

It was quiet for the most part. The room was reasonably clean. There was a guy that kept smoking marijuana on the stairs by my door and the smell was pulled into the room by the AC unit. This happened like 5 times throughout the night. When I said something to the manager at checkout, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t help what people do. Yet he spent most of the afternoon standing outside watching people come and go. I felt very “watched” because he kept staring at the doors and windows. I dunno…

I really couldn't find anything positive, in fact I didn't stay there the second night. Not sure where those ratings came from on your site. WIFI didn't work, TV didn't work, hot water didn't work, the place was grungy and unclean, probably the worst budget hotel I have ever stayed in.

It was very quiet and nice and clean

A clean place to stay for a very reasonable price. The shower area needed to be upgraded like the new flooring which was very comfortable to walk on. Also, some fresh paint would make a difference. Overall it was a positive stay.

The place is a disgrace! I can’t believe the Health Department hasn’t closed it. VERY Dirty, Smelly, in Disrepair, etc

Location is great but rooms, management and cleanliness is terrible. Everything. Crappy service.

Man was very friendly and the room was clean. No secondary lock on inside. Just the card lock.

The room was clean, as in not dirty, but the condition was awful. Holes in the walls, exposed sheetrock, stained furniture. The hard floor was nice and the bedding was clean, but other than that, it’s hard to say anything good about it. I didn’t have high expectations for $70 but I’ve never seen a room lin this poor condition in the US. Fortunately the parking lot is well lit and my car didn’t get broken into but that didn’t stop shady characters from hanging out there all night.

I don't remember because the flaws obscured it. A terribly poor, worn-out motel. Not very clean. Worn furniture, scraped walls. No amenities that were described in Booking.
-
air conditioning was okay. Parking seemed safe but a lot of open doors made me concerned. Shower was awful with no water power and barely any hot water.

I stayed in room 106. The room was old, everything was old and half broken. Maintenance was bare, you can tell, things work but it desperately needs a complete redo. The floor was sticky, probably because the cleaning staff doesn't wash the mop often. The headboard had dust on it, I'm guessing weeks if not months without being cleaned up. Beds smelled clean but the sheets had holes. Some plugs didn't work. The blackout curtains aren't blacking out much, sure I'm not too picky but the outdoor light was intensively flickering it was very disturbing, like you're on a nightclub. Pets are apparently allowed and the upstairs guest had one and because the floors are all hardwood floor we could hear the claws walking all night. Checkout wasn't great either, we wanted to check out at 6:15am, nobody in the lobby, the ring bell wasn't working, I waited 10min and just dropped the key because I wasn't going to spend hours waiting for someone to show up. I do not recommend this hotel unless it is an absolute necessity and you have found nothing else. Today for some reason I looked at prices and they were over 150$, trust me you don't want to stay there for that price. Anything above 50-60$ is overpriced.
