Having a guest from another room use her key to successfully enter my room at 2:00 AM is a complete fail in security and safety. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but no guest should be surprised by some random person entering the room ever, much less in the dead of night.

We only stayed for one night, and it was okay for that length of time. It could be a nice property with improved maintenance and cleaning. There was dirty grout, our in room safe didn’t work, hard water stains in the shower, dried spots on the tile near the coffee machine.

Front desk service was excellent. The bar/lounge area was nice but when the bartender got into some political rant I opted to return to my room.

If only Tallahassee were as delightful as this hotel. Our room, like the whole building, was in perfect shape and the bed was very comfy.

This hotel is so convenient from the airport and the campus. Restaurants are walking distance. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. And the one thing that’s very important is that this hotel is very clean. We will stay here again.

Jerrold - at the front desk- is very courteous and professional! He has a great supporting staff. It's the only place I stay when visiting Tallahassee!

Beautiful property with great amenities! We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Tallahassee and the Aloft is in our top two! We will be back before fall semester! Go FSU!

I cannot say enough great things about this gorgeous fun stylish hotel. We have our dog here, they have biscuits for pups, easy parking/ 10 stars!

The rooms were HUGE, beds were comfortable, we were on the 6th floor, so it was quiet, parking was included. The showers and sinks backed up- no one likes to stand in shower water in a hotel... the light in the bathroom didn't work unless we turned on the lights for the entire room, so when I was trying to sleep and my daughter took a shower, the lights in the main room came on too. Breakfast was expensive.
