Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown

The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable and the AC is stuck in the corner behind a desk so the room was very warm for awhile.

The hotel was very clean. Very nice. The staff was wonderful. The only complaint that we would have about this hotel is it advertises a outdoor by the pool bar but while we were there over the 4th of July weekend it was not open. Neither was the promised coffee shop and the prices in the restaurant were a little bit higher than what we had expected. But the quality of food was very nice. Overall great stay and we would stay here again.

Room was somewhat clean... under bed was dusty some of hooks in restroom were corroded room was facing street so some noise... room was basic and had great value for what was paid for

This hotel was very convenient to stay at during FSU orientation as we arrived at the campus within minutes of leaving the location. It is even walkable if you don't mind the heat. It met our basic needs with comfortable beds, a hot shower, microwave, and refrigerator. They even provide free bottles of water in the room. However, the decor could definitely use some updating and the corners in the bathroom floor could use some attention. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was good. Would stay again if the price is right.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection and was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. Clean rooms, comfortable accommodations, great service, and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Staff was ok I thought there was complimentary breakfast however the lady told me it was a buffet for the team that works there. If guests want breakfast they have to order. I brought two protein bars from convenient shop inside hotel. $4 dollars each. I just sat by the pool in early hours of the morning. I didn’t like my hotel room it was not comfortable. I’m glad I only had one night stay.

It’s an older hotel but it was clean. The flooring needed replaced in the rooms. The pool was nice but along a busy city street. The staff was helpful. The location was good.

The staff were super friendly especially Kevin. Thanks for everything we had a great stay with a wonderful view. I could see both the stadium and the capital building.

Booked the room through Hotels.com. Room cost was not low. Booked the hotel 5 hours prior to arrival. Booked this particular hotel because it was "pet friendly". Could not find pet fee anywhere on hotels.com site or the hotel website. My room fee was NON-REFUNDABLE. Upon checking in, I am told that the pet fee would be a triple figure, plus deposit. I wanted to walk away but would lose the non-refundable room fee. The front desk person would not work with me on any type of compromise. I will not stay at another Four Points Hotel again.

Old and dingy average feeling hotel. Get what you pay for.

A couple of hiccups were unexpected but Kaija at the front desk was very helpful with getting them sorted out. Staff was concerned about our issues addressed them as best as they should have.
