Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown

Great stay, very comfortable bedding!

Room had VISIBLE mildew in the closet. Smelled horrible. Their fix was a breakfast coupon. Front desk staff inattentive and terse. Housekeeping consisted of handing towels through the door. I had to go down twice to ask for towels. No regular clean or other refresh during whole stay. Very disappointing for a Marriott property.

This conversation took place around noon. Although I was concerned by what I had been told, I decided to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt and went about my day. When I returned approximately six hours later, I was shocked to find the dead cockroach still lying in the exact same spot. I went back to the front desk, where staff confirmed that engineering had sprayed the room but had left the cockroach untouched. The only compensation offered was a voucher for either a complimentary breakfast or a drink at the bar. While I appreciated the gesture, it did little to address what appeared to be a broader lack of attention to cleanliness and basic housekeeping standards throughout the property.

The Hotel design was unique

Very good hotel, clean, enough parking, nice staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent location. Highly recommended!

Came for FSU graduation. Location super convenient. We just walked from the hotel. It was so much easier than looking for the parking spot and leaving the site.

We have stayed here multiple times as this location is super convenient to FSU. Rates are generally reasonable. The hotel is in decent shape but could use a little updating.

The room is clean, the bed is comfy. I love the coffee maker and the mini fridge to store left overs. The mirror in the bathroom was perfect for putting on my makeup.

Very clean, very well maintained, great location ….. room was well equipped, i.e. coffee, towels, shower needs, and beds were very comfy .
