The apartment/room was very nice, good size, clean and comfortable. No breakfast available, no good coffee. The apartment was missing a good coffee machine.

I like staying here. The set up is great. Unfortunately, the bedding needed to be changed. There were multiple stains on the sheets. Other than that, I enjoyed it.

The room is very clean and well equipped. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. To include breakfast would be better but the coffee counter is great.

My one complaint would be that the AC in the laundry room is set to 85.

The kitchen was equipped for cooking, but we did not make use of the kitchen. The room was clean and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The property was centrally located and easy to get to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. It was safe and quiet and we were very pleased with this property. I will be returning to this property whenever we're in Tallahassee.

I would like to add that Judie on reception was just so accommodating! She was very pleasant and we had a nice chat about Ireland. Thank you Judie you are excellent at your job.

The cleanliness and space. Also the location. I had no dislike. My only concern was that in one of my rentals. The floor drain in the bathroom and the shower holder arm was broken, but corrected there after reporting. I recommend that floor drain plugs be placed within the drains to hold down the back odor smell.
