Great location, close the FSU, the capital, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable space. A full kitchen was a big bonus! Nice courtyard area for gathering. And we loved the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Wished it had a pool or hot tub.

The large rooms. Friendly staff. Great parking. Close to eateries and shopping. Nothing. Will be looking forward to staying there.

Since there is no one there after a certain time, I waited until the morning and spoke with the GM, Judi. She was apologetic and offered to change the sheets. When we came back that afternoon, I found another fake eyelash extension in the bed she apparently put new sheets on. It was so dirty in that room, that when you left the bar hand soap on the bathroom sink, the back end would be speckled back. The same with the shower, it was dusty and not clean. If I paid a normal rate for this room, I would be less upset, The type of facility this is, I wasn't expecting much. I was expecting it to be cleaned properly. The room next to me even had their bag of trash sitting out in the hallway the entire time I was there. This is not a regular hotel, It's more apartment style facility with bare bones in terms of housekeeping. I would never stay here again.

The room was $900 instead of $200 because it was family weekend. It was a just okay hotel and we were severely priced gouged

Tae, who worked the front desk, cleaned the rooms and greeted every guest with a smile is a HUGE asset to this property. She made sure to help us with any questions that we asked. She worked so hard and always seemed to be happy to see us despite how much she was juggling. The property was convenient and comfortable. The fitness center was nice too. Thank you for a good stay!

Superb

I was blown away with how big and clean the room was. I will most definitely stay here again. The bed was cozy, the couch was a great option for extra space I loved how big the kitchen was and having the ability to cook if needed to with pans included. This is the perfect space for an extended stay.

It’s very important to communicate what “after hours” exact days, times and procedures are. Other than this, and maybe including shampoo and conditioner in the shower, the place was very clean and the person on staff was fantastic.

The suite could use a grab bar near the bathtub. It would be helpful to have a trash can in the bedroom, kleenex and dish washing liquid. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I like our clean cozy apartment. Outside of the building are a lot of green trees. You feel very safe in this area. I could hear our neighbors from the next room.

The place was dusty but over okay

It was very spacious for my 2 sisters and I. Having a kitchen and refrigerator was a plus. It allowed to bring leftovers from the restaurant and have a place to store them. I would definitely booked here again.

Rooms are smaller than they appear on the pictures, the room had roaches, dirty tub and floors as well as a well made bed but the linen was covered in hair. Which forced me to go out and purchase linen. The grill area needs to be pressure washed. The Parting lot and grassy area was neat and clean. This was embarrassing because it was my date and I first weekend together.

Spacious, quiet, and easy access. A few roaches crawling around, refrigerator cleared but not clean.

Your front desk lady We are put on a room on the first floor, and the floor started to leak water into the room. Both my wife’s and my phone died, fried when we connected them for the wall sockets. They wet unrecoverable, and we lost tons of our personal pictures and data. We made a complaint to the front desk, the lady said she was going to notify the manager and get back to us. Over a month later we never heard a word. Very disappointing.

The room was immaculate. Tay at check in was fantastic! I will stay here again.
