Overall amazing stay/ staff is great.

My family was very happy with the place

Waited 30 mins at desk to check in because no one was around .

The property and room was clean, staff were friendly and polite. It was a good experience for a short stay.

Thankfully this was only a one night stay. Breakfast was bleh. The room and hallway had a weird scent. Shopping nearby was very convenient though.

Room was ok but the hotel need's a good renovation. Windows leaking when it rains, musky smell in hallways, bathroom door was hard to close, coffee maker didn’t work. Had to keep getting my key card reset because it stopped working.

Great affordable hotel,

Parking lot was flooded. And the tv in the room didn’t work. It came on but had no picture or sound.

Awesome customer service clean

Is not how it look in the pictures. I got there with my family ad we had to look for another hotel late at night after driving 10 hours. The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty and nasty

The staff

Room had a smell to it. Looked like it was mopped with a broom that wasn’t cleaned in some time. The wifi wasn’t working in the room , and ofcourse i found out the bath soap didn’t have anything in it at the time of shower. This things should have been taken care by the staff before alloting the room

A nice no stress experience. I appreciate the helpful and friendly team---front desk, housekeeping, dining, everyone was accommodating.

I just wanted to get away from there. I asked to cancel and went to laquinta on Cyprus, which was extremely 100%. Better in all aspects.

Clean rooms but need a deep carpet cleaning and Aircondition units also

Complained to the staff. She said all the rooms were the same. We couldn’t sleep. We changed the room. The other room was equally bad. We stayed at other hotels and Laquita as well. This was the worst room, we ever had. You should actually get our money back for us
