La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Tamarac

Is not how it look in the pictures. I got there with my family ad we had to look for another hotel late at night after driving 10 hours. The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty and nasty

The staff

Room had a smell to it. Looked like it was mopped with a broom that wasn’t cleaned in some time. The wifi wasn’t working in the room , and ofcourse i found out the bath soap didn’t have anything in it at the time of shower. This things should have been taken care by the staff before alloting the room

The area was clean well kept. It just was a funny smell in the lobby zone. I would recommend air freshener plugs in or fresher sprays from time to time. I stayed at 101 ground level, and the air conditioner was leaking water and had the whole room floor wet. I complained, and nothing was done.

The hotel smelled nice. The room was comfortable. The water was hot. The hotel was close to the grcery store and a lot of restaurants. The house keeping did not clean our room or leave us fresh towels. There was someone smoking in the room next to us. The police were in the parking lot when we returned from one of our outings. There were crackheads in the parking lot begging for money.

A nice no stress experience. I appreciate the helpful and friendly team---front desk, housekeeping, dining, everyone was accommodating.

I just wanted to get away from there. I asked to cancel and went to laquinta on Cyprus, which was extremely 100%. Better in all aspects.

Clean rooms but need a deep carpet cleaning and Aircondition units also

The location. Near almost everything. The roaches in the hallway and by the 2nd floor elevator. Also, the homeless walking back and forth in the dining area, touching the food. My second time witnessing it while staying there!

They canceled my reservation after paying in advance for the entire weekend because I arrived late in the night .. even though I spoke with front desk to let them know I would be arriving late .. they never made a note .. the were unable to resolve the issue and very unsympathetic as a result I was left with no room after driving 14 hours and had to wait a week for a refund and they still charged me for one night due to cancellation… Big Scam

Complained to the staff. She said all the rooms were the same. We couldn’t sleep. We changed the room. The other room was equally bad. We stayed at other hotels and Laquita as well. This was the worst room, we ever had. You should actually get our money back for us

This is a great hotel when it comes to quality and staff experience. It’s clean and smells great.. at a more affordable price than many others…nice & peaceful and close to everything.

Room was nice & clean cozy. For a great price can’t beat that. well accommodated for the king size & nice hot water. Internet wasn’t working couldn’t watch netflix or nba Finals tried contacting staff but no answer overall i was able to watch via ipad but that’s only complaint.
