It was HORRIBLE and the management sucks.

Front desk was very helpful!

Some parts of the hallways smell humid.

AC was not working. I was moved to a different room. The new room unit made noise the entire night. Terrible

Clean room

Returned from a concert at stadium around midnight. Our shower would not turn off. Someone came and confirmed the shower wouldn’t shut off. They had no more rooms and no night maintenance. They said just let it run all night. It was stuck on hot water and the steam was dripping from ceiling and whole bath was wet. It was still running when we checked out and all we got was a sorry about that.

We were in a room that did not have a refrigerator. The service desk manager was kind and transfer us to another room that had a refrigerator. It was quick with no problem. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was great. We will definitely stay there again.

A/C was kind of noisy, but otherwise good

Clean room, friendly staff, safe feeling, the pool was nice/clean and there was even a small walking loop around the adjacent pond. Free breakfast I'm gluten intolerant and was still able to have some eggs and coffee. Happy. (:

The room was clean a merge staff at front desk very friendly and nice. We came for the Ye concert and the hotel is very convenient to the stadium. The property knew most were there for the concert and they had some incentives and decorations to make the event better.

Good for quick stay, good breakfast, room was was ok.

The staff were so kind. The room smelled of mildew and looked dated but besides that everyone has been great.

We only stayed one night, but it was probably the worst night I ever had at a hotel. I would like to start off by saying all the good things that would probably be the staff in the check-in process. The staff was really kind and friendly, but the property itself is terrible. It smelt really bad. Our room was even worse. The carpet was so stained, looked like something spilled and they didn’t even try to clean it. The tub looked dirty still but I don’t think that is because of housekeeping. I think the property just hasn’t been kept but the worst part of the whole situation was that our bed was damp for some reason I went down and got new sheets from the girl downstairs, but it was already midnight so I just threw the sheets over the bed, but the dampness was still coming through. I just didn’t know what they could do for us so late at night because the hotel was sold out because there was a concert so I just sucked it up, but we got no sleep at all because of the damp bed and the refrigerator was so loud. The AC smelled like smoke even though it was a “no smoking” property. Overall the worst experience. Only thing saving this place is that their staff is nice and it has parking and close to the stadium.
