Delicious breakfast

Property was clean. No issues. Alivia was amazing and handled the flood of NFL fans before the game perfectly. She was also training a new employee while providing amazing hospitality services. She could be managing a high end hotel in New York based on the way she handled everything.

Was a little disappointed with the condition/appearance of the pool, it could do with some tlc, the floor was very off putting. The front of house staff were fantastic when we checked in. Very engaging and interested in our reason for using your hotel! Breakfast both mornings was ok! Clean dining area.

Everything was good. The breakfast is great. Conveniently located with on 1 mile of Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner field.

The only thing we had issues was the remote control for the tv was all taped up and barely worked. Also the shower wasn’t warm and not enough pressure. Still with that being said we would stay again.

This place has a lying woman at the front desk. She knows I checked out, but lied about it. I didn't get her name, unfortunately. I called to check out because I found out I did not have to work there the next day. I spoke to the front desk person on 9/24/26 at 9:35am and she acknowledged that I was checking out of room 110, but when Expedia called to verify, they had no knowledge of my checkout and charged me for the additional night. This place can go to hell.

Breakfast was. Very good selection outstanding...beds perfect not to soft nor hard.staff was very kind and helpful..we didnt use pool, it from a distance looked like it might need a bit of up keep but all and all place was perfect for our group to go on cruise.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in (317) was very humid and had a strong industrial cleaner scent to it. We were offered another room (by Alivia) but we declined. This room was much closer to the elevators... Also, the beds were really high but relatively comfortable. The towels didn't seem to dry due to the humidity, but we were offered more towels. The breakfast was good. A nice selection and promptly refreshed.

Some maintenance issues that need corrected . The key card was not working properly. Had to scan a few times before it would work

Breakfast included, but was below average, only offered turkey susage. Breakfast staff only spoke Spanish. Rooms smelled of mold/mildew.

I booked a room here and the date got changed back to the date of booking. I immediately tried to cancel it, but couldn’t. I contacted Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused the refund! I know it was my error, but I realized it immediately, and it was just that, an error. So I ended up paying $123 for a room I couldn’t get to.

A very enjoyable stay. Highly.recommended.

I love staying at this hotel. Everytime I go too Tampa, I always stay here.

Exceptional

Great clean inexpensive hotel. We stayed for Bruno Mars Tampa concert and they treated us so nice! They had welcome bags for the fans and a 24k magic lemonade. Everything was great!
