You have to pay almost $20 to park, which should be included in your stay. Staff was rude.

Sheraton at Four Points in Tampa is a well-maintained property. The rooms are quiet and clean. It has a nice ambiance for its travelers. I highly recommend.

They allowed me to check in at 12 pm without any complaints. The hotel is beautiful and the price is very reasonable. If I’m ever in Tampa again I will certainly stay here.

Called and maintenance was sent up within 10 minutes... # 2 Room had no hot water..I literally ran for 20 minutes and water was barely warm...this was sink and shower..I didn't bother calling...I was disappointed at this time..plus had to get ready for an event. #3 - mattress was lumpy in different areas of bed. #4 floors had not been swept as trash was in corners and under tables. #5 An additional entrance needs to be added to back of hotel..as parking is limited and if you come in late and have to park in back .you have to walk around to front or side to gain access..a woman walking by herself..that didn't feel safe..especially when u r paying for parking #6tables in room was not cleaned..appeared to have old stains from drink cups. #7 I reported my issues at checkout...the receptionist did not even look at me..only said .ok..I'll let maintenance know..not sure what I was expecting but it just felt cold on the response. The front of the property, entry way, main areas downstairs are all beautiful and give a clean beautiful appearance of hotel but not room

Great place for a quick overnight stay. Crazy you have to pay for parking though.

Check in was a breeze and the room was large and very nice. Only downside was all of the ice machines were out of order.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Property is just okay. Good location. Rooms are dated and not well maintained.

This was a brief stay for a concert at Raymond James. Everything was nice at the hotel, the shuttle is helpful. Restaurant was not open - only complaint. Good experience overall.

Upon c/i I was told to scan a code for parking which I did , and by my surprise there was a ticket on my car for a violation of parking. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she gave off the attitude of I don’t care and handed me an email for the parking company to handle the mishap. If this company is a representative of your hotel … SAD

The hotel was nice. The room was very clean. Bedding was so comfortable. The only complaint I had was the elevators were sometimes not working correctly and the stairwells were dirty. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The lobby was very pretty and loved the relaxing atmosphere there with the waterfall

Room and general property was not very clean. F&B service was horrible.

Airport shuttle starts too late for 7:00 flights. Uncool.

The room was clean, a little underwhelming as far as decor compared to the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating for my early check in and extended stay. The restaurant was convenient although I wouldn’t recommend it for an evening dinner or tasty breakfast. Good for just picking up a quick lunch/snack. Standard hotel quality. I loved all the plants and relaxing sounds of the water. I would recommend for a short stay!

The breakfast buffet was just ok. The staff was excellent. The only issue for me was parking — the closer spaces were for electric cars Outside of that I would stay again.
