Great stay

Was a nice quiet place to stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I cannot speak to most of the amenities because we were staying there because it was six blocks from where I was having surgery the next day. I selected a room with a walk-in shower because of my issues. The handicap access was very good and outfitted with a sturdy shower seat. Restaurant in the hotel was pricey for the food quality. It was good but nothing to write home about. A shared appetizer, dinner for my wife and I, and a pair of beers with an appropriate tip came to $98. Overall, I know it was pretty good because my wife didn’t complain to me about the place and any hotel that can do that makes my life way easier. 😃

Very nice room. Scheduled shuttle evening before and it was right on time. Beautiful atrium.

Property was close to where we needed to be but I would look elsewhere if we need to come back to the area. Dried food on chairs, food remnants under table. Rusty door jams in room, old carpet. In my opinion-overpriced parking and overpriced breakfast.

Leaving Elevator broke, service was horrible, bartenders no clue what doing, couldn't even watch football. Just a horrible trip.

Dirty shower. Bedframe partially broken.

2 TVs and kitchenet. THE BAD. 1). Paying for parking $17 daily. 2). Five days of stay, they only cleaned the room once. Room smell like mildew. Like there was a flood at some point. THE UGLY. 1). Sliding glass door to the balcony screwed shut. So no fresh air. Unaware if this is even legal. 2). After working all night long, on our last night, I requested a late check out. They could only accommodate us till 1 pm. Seemed because we were 'not members' So we had to drive back home for 6 hours with no sleep.

Property a bit dated but very helpful staff. Definitely would stay again if needed a Property close to airport!

Stayed over night while attending a Bucs game. Location was good. Hotel was clean. Room was clean but had a smoke smell to it. Bathroom could use an update. Overall, good value for the money.
