This is our second year staying here. My family and I love the hotel. Friendly staff and very clean facility.

Sign looked very old like it had been there forever there was absolutely no other indication that the pool was closed kids were also swimming in it it wasn’t just me Now I wonder was it a old sign or did I swim in germs

I was so disappointed. First there is a $17.00 plus tax overnight parking fee! We are not in a city, near a stadium or anything like that. They should just raise the room rate and not annoy guests. I wasn't the only one who said that…heard it over and over. Annoying and doesn't make any sense. And in general the staff is left to defend this over and over. I won't stay here again and I have to travel to Tampa monthly. Other places within a few blocks, offer free breakfast, have a restaurant that stays open past 9PM and free parking. I thought this would be a better choice because of the brand, but I was wrong. And the hallways were not clean, it's 1:30 and our room wasn't made up. That may be something that has to do with us switching rooms, but still.

Location is good for a day. Nothing much around that is walking distance. Atrium is nice. Hotel food was reasonable. Room was good but never liked hard floors. reasonable price for the area. Was told there was no shuttle to the airport and no parking extra days which I thought we could so just parked at the airport a few miles away.

The amenities, the bar's late happy hour, food, the location's proximity to the airport. the staff's friendliness and professionalism. The Hotel felt safe and welcoming as a women traveling along and late in the evening. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel is outdated but still nice and clean. Staff is very nice, I’ll stay here again but definitely bringing my own pillows. The ones supplied here were extremely uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing

Room was ok. The wood imitated floor was sticky and make your feet feel dirty and sticky. Requested a king bed but not available. Pool and gym was out of service, not able to use. Staff will glance at you but don’t even ask if you need anything.

Our room was on the 5th floor. It was very clean. However we only were given two bath towels, two wash clothes, one hand towel plus only two coffee cups for a room for three people that had two queen beds. I had to go to the front desk to get another set of towels & coffee cup for our room.

Clean room and comfortable stay

We have been staying at this hotel for the last 15 years but this was the worst stay we have ever had. Although the ad said self-parking was available, we were forced to pay $17 a night for parking and were NOT offered any other options. Breakfast is available, but expensive if all you want is a bagel. The shelves of the little convenience shop were bare so there really wasn't any food available. The rooms include a refrigerator and microwave so we drive to Publix and bought food to heat in the room, only to find that the tiny microwave was installed HIGH ABOVE the vent fan so we couldn't even reach it. There is a sleeper sofa available, but when my granddaughter slept on it, she got bitten up by something- fleas? Mosquitoes? No sign of bed bugs. The lobby is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool is indoors and wonderful even though we didn't use it. The area feels very safe and the parking lot was well-lit and the glass elevators are lovely. The person checking us in was rather rude and told us we HAD to pay $17 a night for parking with no other options. And when I went to the front desk to tell them we were leaving a day early because both of my kids were being bitten up by bugs in the room, we were told that there was nothing they could do because I prepaid our room in full. We checked out and left s day early. It's a great hotel. Not a great experience.

My son got about 8 bug bites from sitting on the floor.

We were created by Angel as soon as we walked in. He was very friendly and efficient.

Although the staff was very nice, I did not recommend this place as maintenance is severely lacking in the rooms in the gym, and in the area.

Loved the distance from the airport. It was very simple to get to and from with minimal traffic.

Bathroom door was broken and front area tv did not work properly.
