What I like most about the property was the location. The location was superb for attending an event at the Funny Bone. The location next to the trolley station allowed you to attend different areas of the city without driving, which was good so you didn’t have to move your car due to the price of additional parking that was needed to be paid when staying at this location. One of the cons that I did not like was the additional fee for parking as well as the location of our room next to the ice machine was quite noisy. However it was a beautiful hotel and the location was great.

The staff was extremely helpful, and , Miguel got the day started off great with the shuttle to the cruise terminal.

I loved the location and how clean the hotel is but I didn't like the parking there is hardly nowhere to park at the hotel and you have to pay even if you are booked there $30 which i think is insane parking should be free

The front desk treats you second rate if you book third party. Which I was reminded of multiple times while trying to purchase parking for the stay. When I checked in I couldn't add parking to my stay I had to go back to the parking lot and scan a random qr code on the wall and pay through my phone. SINCE I BOOKED THIRD PARTY. Okay I did and paid for the parking, left for dinner came back and they over sold the parking lot. So I had to purchase an additional night of parking off location, and contact the company that I paid for the original parking for. BECAUSE I BOOKED THIRD PARTY. If you book through here you wil be treated second class.
