Easy check in process and the desk held our bags while waiting for a room.

Great stay, location was good and clean rooms

This is by far one of the best staffed and most well run properties that my wife and I have stayed at in FL. 1 block from the trolley (the staff walked us right to it instead of pointing). Free port shuttle (tip my guy). We will be staying here again our next visit vs the downtown hotels given the proximity to the Trolley and the awesome staff.

It was close to restaurants and free shuttle to cruise port. It was overpriced. The room was damp and muggy. Even with the air conditioning on, the dampness did not go away all night. It was also overpriced.

Able to walk out front door and walk around Ybor. Close to free team to downtown. Free transfer to cruise ports. Kids loved the waffles for breakfast

Convenient to the cruise terminals The man working in the breakfast area was very rude. A person in line in front of me was letting him know there were no more eggs. She was polite. He snapped at her that they were coming. He just had a hateful expression the entire time.

Located next to a very nice location for eats and drinks. Staff very friendly and clean. Provides transport to the port. The room was okay except the air conditioner leaked water from ceiling dripping all night long waking us up and unable to get good sleep. Good thing moved backpack or would have been soaked. Towels used 4 all soaked from water. The bathtub slow drain stand in 3-4 inches water while showering then let drain to shower off feet. Besides this it was nice.

Our stay was outstanding in every area except one. The pillows were horrible!!!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. AC works really well but when you try to get it colder than 70 it’s kicks on and off quite a bit. And there was not option to keep the fan on. (That’s just my personal choice) beautiful hotel and plenty of parking and Tesla chargers worked as well. In a good area and staff was awesome! Breakfast was ok, the options were ok but not a lot of variety. Overall staying in Ybor a great spot you can legit walk to the street from the hotel and get in the street car too.
