Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The free street car to the cruise port was convenient.

Not super friendly but an ok stay

Close to free trolley service that went by several tourist areas. Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. I did not use amenities which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5. Room was spacious.

You do have to pay an extra fee through a 3rd party for parking but the location is great for Ybor nightlife. The room was clean.

Stayed here for plans to get on a cruise. It was really nice & close to the Tampa port. I asked about a potential shuttle & learned that they don’t have a shuttle but they can call someone to get me to where i need to go. The staff was very helpful but i did end up taking an uber instead. Breakfast was not included but paid for separately which i found interesting but overall the food, the staff & the cleanliness was great. Thanks for assisting my stay!

Great clean room. Friendly staff. Close to the venue that we went to for the evening. I didn’t know that parking was extra. All that I saw on website was that there was onsite parking.

We came to Tampa from NC for a cruise. We got in late and were really tired when I went to shower the tub was dirty, I was so exhausted I just put a towel in the bottom and kept it moving but I did report it upon check out. The staff were super nice about it and we’re really grateful for that after complaining. We did get a good nights sleep.

Good location. Parking cost extra, $34 per day, even if you're staying at this hotel, which is ridiculous.

Hotel was not very clean in common areas. Room was clean but very warn out. Staff was helpful. $190 room and parking fee was $32 a day. No free parking despite on campus lot. Breakfast also not free. Wouldn’t stay again unless I was desperate. Ybor city overall is pit so this hotel stay was not a surprise.
