Clean Beautiful Hotel with an Amazing Pool! The cleanest I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t so great, sausage tasted like chalk.

Very nice room. Loved the view and all the windows. Even though close to everything it was quiet in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the cruise port. But it was a fantastic hotel all around. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel amenities were thought-out and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. But absolutely the stand out of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. In particular, Ashley and Colin at the front desk both went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Will 100% stay at this hotel next time I’m in the area.

I stayed at this hotel the past 2 years and now a 3rd time, it's close to catch the trolley to Ybor and close to the cruise ship yard but I'm super disappointed they are now charging $35 to park per night! Rip off in my opinion and I'll be looking at other properties to stay that don't charge. Since your hotel hasn't gone through any recent upgrades it doesn't merit this cash grab that literally cost me close to another nights stay equivalent. Unbelievable!

There is a free shuttle to the port if cruising. And they also will shuttle you back to the hotel from Port and hold your luggage if your plane or other travel plans aren't till later in the day so you can explore the area. It is located on a main roadway so there was road noise outside the city view room. But it did not affect our stay. We slept well mattress was very comfortable. The a/c works great! Which was a boon considering how hot it was when we went. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Would stay here again next time we are in Tampa.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good and fresh. We did not use the pool, but it was a very nice area. Great views of the city and the sunset.

Staff was pleasant! Room was clean, bathroom a little wonky from wear and tear. If you are cruising on Carnival, it’s extremely close to the port and they offer a shuttle. We drove in so we didn’t use the shuttle, but noted the information for the future. Parking I believe was $35 for 1 night and paid by scanning a QR code, so be mindful of that. Overall extremely convenient location for cruisers.

Mi peor experiencia en un check in de un hotel en décadas de viajes gracias a Emily y, especialmente a su supervisora quien no se identificó (no había gerente en la propiedad). Reservé dos habitaciones, me presenté con mi esposa, padre, suegro y mis dos hijos de 4 y 11 años. Enseñé la confirmación, el recibo de pago y se me hizo el cobro de nuevo (no check in). Consulté el por qué: porque la reserva de había cobrado a una tarjeta distinta de la que presenté al check in (lo cual no tiene sentido). En segundo intervino la que asumo es la supervisora, “go up or go out”. Subimos a la habitación. Llegó a sacarnos amenazando con llamar a la policía! Llevó al señor de reparaciones como su matón. El peor servicio al cliente. Eviten ese hotel.
