Clean room great breakfast and the pool was amazing

Fire pit at pool didn’t work, pool floor was dirty. Bathrooms were run down, mold along caulk, poor cleaning in bathrooms. Should extend breakfast hours until 10am

Friendly staff, hotel in a great location. Nice breakfast and close enough to walk to lots of places, the benchmark arena, Publix cvs and many different restaurants.

Very clean hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Rooftop pool with fire pit was fun and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast could have been a little longer. I missed it prior to my cruise, but some of my family members went. I was told that food was running out and there were little options. I really appreciated the shuttle to the port and the ability to park my car on the premises while I’m on my cruise.

The breakfast was very delightful, and they changed the protein courses throughout our stay, which was nice (links, bacon, sliced sausage, eggs) The rooftop pool is very cool to go up to! The view was awesome, though I do wish it were open a little later to catch a late-night swim and to see the night lights more clearly! Lots of tourists who attend the cruises that depart from Tampa stayed here, and the staff seemed very helpful and well informed on the things they needed to know! 11/10, will definitely stay again if we head to Tampa!

Clean Beautiful Hotel with an Amazing Pool! The cleanest I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t so great, sausage tasted like chalk.

Very nice room. Loved the view and all the windows. Even though close to everything it was quiet in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the cruise port. But it was a fantastic hotel all around. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel amenities were thought-out and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. But absolutely the stand out of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. In particular, Ashley and Colin at the front desk both went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Will 100% stay at this hotel next time I’m in the area.

I stayed at this hotel the past 2 years and now a 3rd time, it's close to catch the trolley to Ybor and close to the cruise ship yard but I'm super disappointed they are now charging $35 to park per night! Rip off in my opinion and I'll be looking at other properties to stay that don't charge. Since your hotel hasn't gone through any recent upgrades it doesn't merit this cash grab that literally cost me close to another nights stay equivalent. Unbelievable!

There is a free shuttle to the port if cruising. And they also will shuttle you back to the hotel from Port and hold your luggage if your plane or other travel plans aren't till later in the day so you can explore the area. It is located on a main roadway so there was road noise outside the city view room. But it did not affect our stay. We slept well mattress was very comfortable. The a/c works great! Which was a boon considering how hot it was when we went. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Would stay here again next time we are in Tampa.
