Beautiful green plants and elegant décor create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience!

The location is wonderful, and the staff is unbelievable. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out -it was white glove service. I rated 3 stars for amenities bc the pool was shut down for maintenance (and it’s the middle of July in Florida), but this may be a ‘one off’ occurrence. We’d definitely stay there again!

For the price point and name, this property is severely lacking. After booking, we received a notice that the pool is under renovation which was a reason for booking. The options were to use pools at 2 other properties near by which were both at capacity. The room smelled like an old rag when we arrived. Brought cleaning staff again who just wiped down the closet and bathroom. We had to spray our own perfume to make the smell go. We lost our room key and needed to get into our room, front desk did not ask for proof of identity, meaning anyone could have come into the room if they had basic info. Black out curtains do not black out the light. Was up numerous times at night due to outside traffic. The Edition has its name due to their spa which is the only thing worth booking at this hotel. Don’t waste your time or money.
