Best hotel for value, great property, restaurant, room . Overpriced, but worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Room had great views. Overall pretty worn interior of the room and bathroom. Towels thin and dingy. Figured out late in the night though we had forgotten toothpaste, called the front desk. they said they had small samples, would send one up. Never arrived. Ask housekeeping the next morning said they would send one to the room again never arrived. Good location. We are in Tampa often first time staying here.

The room was outstanding, staff/customer service was excellent. Overall the property was clean and well maintained. 10/10

From Valet, Bellman, and Checking in was superb. Will definitely visit again.

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. We were never able to connect during our entire stay. We were first told to visit the front desk for assistance, which we did twice. Then we were told that we needed to connect through an app. We followed the instructions exactly and even completed the process in front of the front desk staff, but it still did not work. Instead of helping us find a solution, the staff simply told us that, as far as they knew, there was nothing wrong with the system and they did not know why we could not connect. No explanation, no troubleshooting, and no effort to resolve the problem. In today’s world, where reliable internet is a basic expectation, this was extremely frustrating. The lack of amenities was equally disappointing. When we arrived at our room, there were no bathrobes or slippers. I had to go to the front desk to request them. The bathroom was also poorly stocked. There was no shower cap, no body lotion, no personal hygiene kit To make matters worse, the pool was closed throughout our stay. Since we could not access the WiFi we decided to watch a movie on the television. That turned into another major disappointment. The movie froze every minute for several seconds, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. We would not stay here again

The only thing we had an issue with was the pool bar. No set hours and was closed every time we went up there.

Great place

They made accommodations for my wife and I and were extremely friendly along the way. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, lunch at the attached restaurant Anchor and Brine was good. Wish I could have gotten the red snapper but it wasn’t going to be available until October. View from balcony in room was great. Was able to eat breakfast and enjoy the view. Nighttime there was noise from music from a nearby club(?) but put some rain noise on my phone and it drowned it out a bit. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great and the food was good

The room itself was decent, but there were some noticeable stains on the bedding and on the toilet seat. They didn’t necessarily appear dirty, but the staining was noticeable. In those cases, I would expect the bedding and toilet seat to be replaced or refreshed. The bathtub floor also didn’t feel as clean as it should have. It may have been sanitized, but it didn’t appear to have been thoroughly scrubbed. On a positive note, the front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the valet team was great as well. Overall, it was a decent stay with a convenient location and friendly staff, but I do think more attention to the cleanliness and condition of the room would improve the experience.

The hotel was AMAZING!! A must stay 10/10!! It's conveniently located around everything!! I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommend
