I chose this hotel because it stated it had ev chargers. I have dealt with this before and have to use valet to access the charging. No problem. We pull up to valet for expensive but with charging not to bad. I say we need to charge the car. That’s an additional significant fee. We needed the charge so said ok. Very upset. Then find out the chargers don’t even work!!! Never again beware my fellow electric car people. What a scam.

From check in to check out everything was great

The beds are slightly hard and the pillows sink and no neck support. Brought my own pillow as this is not the first time we stay. The hotel had areas that were closed due to construction. Ac unit made a noise when shutting off that woke me up in the middle of the night. Made a complaint upon checkout and they comped the charges we had made ($165). Location is great and restaurants are great on the pricey side. Walking around is awesome as you have the convention center and river walk. Trolley passes by this area convenient to get around downtown.
