The property was a very beautiful property. The AC in my room was not working. It was not working properly. I couldn’t sleep all night. I should’ve called downstairs but I didn’t and so that’s on me but that being said the room would get no cooler than 72° and that was with the blind shut and the AC on all day long and I had it down to 65° with the fan on high as well as Ottow. I tried multiple things and couldn’t get the AC to come down any it was a horrible evening.

I kind of wish I knew the lobby was under renovation. It was still lovely and the makeshift bar was fine. Just a small inconvenience! Very easy to walk to Water St to eat, shop, grab coffee, etc. Very gracious and welcoming staff.
