I did not think Staff was up to standard when i tried to check out. could not get Valet for car. could not get front desk to answer my calls for 15 minutes. Valet left car in front but no one around. had to go to valet office to find my car fob.

It’s a beautiful well kept resorts and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and fresh with a beautiful atmosphere.

The hotel was wonderfully clean, which was a real respite from the dirty hotels that we had booked along the way from our home in Houston to Naples, FL & back. All claimed luxury, JW Marriott delivered!! Clean room, clean bathroom. All well appointed with interiors up to date. The food was good and the beds were comfortable. Although, we were only there for one night we had room service delivered and the food was very good. The staff was top notch from Trevor the valet guy to Santiago & to any staff we met! There was not one thing I did not like!

A fantastic stay for my family of four. It was sweltering hot and the AC went down and the staff went above and beyond to make my two little girls comfy and just above my expectations. Amazing stay and extremely conveniently located. We had the chairman suite and even the sofa bed was comfy and they made it up for us.

Parking is $55 for valet or $50 public parking behind the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. I couldn't figure out the room coffee maker and got water everywhere. They need written instructions for the coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast? We didn't get breakfast. We didn't have any food Do not like having to pay to park each day. Closing the pool bar at 4:45 in the afternoon is ridiculous but thankfully we brought drinks & didn't have to pay $153 for 12 Hard Seltzer/ Beer
