Location is extremely convenient to Benchmark International Arena and River Walk. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Views of city were great and room was clean, it took a long time for the staff to get our rooms ready, and many other people were waiting as well. Parking was a hassle, vallet is 50$ a night, however there is a parking garage right across the street (no kiosk payment only apps, also a hassle). The trolley is very nice and takes you to many popular spots and is free. Overall I liked the hotel, but there were a few annoying situations such as the parking.

We stayed for one night to see a concert at the nearby arena. Our room had a safety issue from a prior guest and we didn’t discover it until nearly midnight due to being at the show. The staff handled it even better than I could’ve imagined, especially since it was so late. The breakfast is amazing and the pool was perfect! We loved how attentive the employees are and will definitely recommend this hotel!

Fabulous stay! Super close to Benchmark Arena, about a 3 minute walk. Super clean room, free happy hour drinks for 21+, free breakfast in the morning (bring your room card!). I highly recommend! We'll be back!

Embassy Suites was a great property. Parking is going to cost you and they don't have anything for Disabled Veterans as for discounts, which is something that the property could have, knowing that we gave some and some gave all.

Right next to the hop on hop off free train. Parking can back up when checking in.

Clean, spacious room. Shower was nice with great pressure. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The onsite breakfast can’t be beat. Location is just steps from Amalie/Benchmark Stadium. Only issue is that only onsite parking option is valet at a cost of $56 per night after fees.

Property is perfectly located for downtown stay. Food and staff were very good along with valet and everything was handled promptly. The only thing is that the wait for elevators is on the long side. 4 elevators for 20 floors is not really enough.

Who was extremely small for the amount of people that are staying there and the valet parking is a little interesting. Other than that great hotel, and extremely nice staff.
