Property is perfectly located for downtown stay. Food and staff were very good along with valet and everything was handled promptly. The only thing is that the wait for elevators is on the long side. 4 elevators for 20 floors is not really enough.

Who was extremely small for the amount of people that are staying there and the valet parking is a little interesting. Other than that great hotel, and extremely nice staff.

Room was clean, the staff was very helpful and attentive, I did not eat breakfast as I was at a wedding. The bar was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was always clean, well organized, and the staff made me feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options, and it was one of the highlights of my stay.

This hotel was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was great from check-in to check out. From Rob at front desk to Sabrina with Valet. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good, the additional amenities that were included were also in our stay that were extra to us were so great. I will definitely be coming back. LOVED OUR STAY.

The property was in a prime downtown location, comfortable and pool was amazing! Breakfast was the best we have ever had for a hotel. There was nothing we didn’t like. The room could have been a bit cooler but still didn’t make our rating go down!

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the restaurant, Taste. The pool is a great way to enjoy your stay. The staff was amazing and very professional, attentive, and always a great attitude. I do believe the valet is very expensive and if you are an Honors member, maybe consider reducing the rate.

Trolley to cruise port was great

There was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast as amazing.

Location was great ! Room was very roomy and bed was comfortable! Breakfast exceeds most hotels! Valet parking fee was excessive

Staff is friendly and professional. Our room was clean. Overall, hotel could use a renovation. Furniture could use some improvements. Complementary breakfast buffet offers many choices. Bar has a good selection of drinks. Location is excellent, very close to the convention center and Benchmark Arena.

Justin who welcomed us was wonderful. Informative, kind, knowledgeable and ready to assist in any way he could. The Rooms were nice and spacious. The HH could use more people to attend to the large number of people trying to partake. The breakfast was also very good, based and the large number of people partaking they did a good job. Could have had more food on the ready as well as making sure there were cups and drinks available. They needed one person to stay on top of things and possibly have assistants at the ready to perform the task ASAP. The hotel is aware of the number of guests that should be a guide as to the amount of food and beverages that will be consumed. I know I'm being picky but they truly needed more staff.

I thought the washrooms should be updated in the room. Otherwise it was Great!
