ROOST Tampa

Such a great spot. Really lovely rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

We were there for a show at Benchmark Arena and we were able to walk to the arena. There was a closed road show right outside the hotel with music and food on Saturday. The property was pet friendly.

Great location and super clean!

Super nice studio with kitchen - loved the pool + common area. So much nearby to walk and eat and workout studios.

Great place, great amenities

The apartment was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I will definitely be staying there if I find myself in Tampa again.

Room was great except the bed. Hardest bed in a hotel in a long time. Enjoyed having a cold gallon of water in the fridge waiting

Room was clean bed was comfortable and kitchen was state of the art. Everything you need is provided even a washer and dryer.

The FrontDesk staff were extremely helpful also.

The room was beautiful and way better than expected. Will definitely be staying there again and recommend to others. The staff was great and being right in the Downtown area was a plus.

Great apartment to stay in and fantastic location. Draw back is how many dogs there are in the place and the dog drewl in the lifts. As someone who is allergic to dogs this is not great

Clean room , great view

was way more than I expected. Very nice studio and was perfect for my needs!

The property was central to so many good restaurants, no uber needed. Roomy apartment with a well stocked kitchen if you needed it. Big closet and bathroom and sound machines were a nice touch to drown out late night street noise

oved our stay! The shared kitchen was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. It was super convenient being within walking distance of Benchmark Arena for concerts, plus there are plenty of great restaurants and a Publix nearby. Fantastic location and great value for the price!

This place was perfect! We only stayed one night but would definitely come back to this location. The room and grounds were pristine! The staff were friendly at check in and the view from the room was amazing!! So much in walking distance. I know it is also homes for some but still wish it maybe had a small bar area to enjoy a drink before or after going out.

.

Very happy with the Roost. Clean, modern, great location and staff. Only suggestion is to be more specific on the location of the parking garage entrance. We hope to go back!

Terrible mattress, the springs were felt on the surface causing pain on the body throughout the night. Also extremely hard with no give other than the springs. Terrible to sleep on during a 4 day stay. I would’ve stayed here next time I visit Tampa because I loved the facilities and safe location with access to grocery store & restaurants. However, won’t stay again due to the mattress.
