Not helpful no parking no one to discuss issues

Remote parking was not clearly marked from the street and a bit unprotected.

Very nice stay! Room was very futuristic with the lifting bed. Was also nice having all the amenities of a regular house.

The property is a virtual check yourself in which was very confusing. It was like a lot of work to do it yourself a lot of keep pads changing and to keep logging in to get the new keypad for your room. I probably won’t stay here again. There was also hair on the towels, so that was nasty. The sink was dirty in the bathroom. Parking is a joke. I will never stay here again residence live here residence. Get the parking which I understand, but it was very confusing.

Several problems exist with a stay here. There is no parking and that cost an additional $31.00 to park across the street in a pay lot requiring an app download that took 10 minutes to work through. The check in process is from hell requiring the download of an app to get in the front door, scanning your drivers license into your phone then trying to verify it with an identification by AI. Fortunately we found someone to help but it took 45 minutes to check in. There is no ice machine and the refrigerator/freezer in the room didn't make ice. Only one large bath towel was available. The rooms and building are very nice, modern, clean, and very close to Benchmark Stadium. Nice place but the hassle factor blunts my enthusiasm.

The checking in process needs to be a little easier.

The room was clean and smelled good. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I ever experience. I only stayed for one night and had the opportunity to stay in a Marriott hotel for another 2 nights and the beds weren’t as comfortable as in Kasa, I really regret not stayed longer and avoid the Marriott but was already paid.

Clean Room, Air Conditioning and staff communication was great.

Great place to stay for myself and family with kitchen and pool! Parking downtown was a little tricky but we figured it out. Definitely recommend!

Never received checking information I was under the impression that everything would be either emailed to me or texted to my phone! The whole situation is a terrible experience. I will not book again.

Bedding needs changing there were stains and hair on it

This is a Must stay hotel for anyone coming in for business or even a little vacation! Has everything you need AND wonderful amenities that are CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED
