Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa

Never received checking information I was under the impression that everything would be either emailed to me or texted to my phone! The whole situation is a terrible experience. I will not book again.

Bedding needs changing there were stains and hair on it

This is a Must stay hotel for anyone coming in for business or even a little vacation! Has everything you need AND wonderful amenities that are CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED

Really lovely place and located right in the middle of everything

Clean & modern

This was the first time we have stayed at a property with a virtual concierge. I thought it would be more difficult, but we figured it all out and we are not young. You cannot beat the price for the quality of the property. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place

A fantastic studio , conveniently located for quick access to Univ. of Tampa, the airport, the Bay. I enjoy both the balcony of my studio and the outdoor pool area - it was quiet and relaxing. I felt very safe entering the building and while in the studio itself. The studio was clean and equipped with everything I needed (including light cooking). I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa!

HOWEVER, I enjoyed every second of my stay. There is constant communication with the Kasa team. There is a front desk attendant from 9 am to 5 pm who was very friendly and helpful if I had any questions. I'm not that technologically savvy, but my stay was easy and seamless once I figured out which code was the outdoor code and which one was the room code. I would happily stay here again and rate this place 5-stars! The room amenities were great. Having a washer and dryer with free laundry pods was helpful! I also enjoyed the bed that came from the ceiling. The room was very modern and made for a really good stay!

Discounted parking would be a great addition

Stayed at the studio apt for 2 days. Was very nice and clean, love the balcony. Difficult to check in since it’s virtual- make sure to check your Expedia (or third party) messages because I never received an email check in to get the code to the doors. The WhatsApp number and customer service was not helpful. But otherwise the stay was awesome!

No heads up about parking and the staff had no good information.

Great spot between downtown and Channelside/Waterstreet. Walkable to each, and also to Benchmark and the convention center. Check-in is virtual, and virtual support was very engaged and checked in regularly. Room was spacious, and comes with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Nice gym and pool.

I was suprised to find a full size washer and dryer, along with a full size refridgerator (with water and ice in the door!) and stove. They were able to squeeze more ammenties into a small space than I thought possible.
