Very nice and clean luxurious feel. There was a musty smell throughout the lobby and all hallways. Not sure if it was the carpet or just something in the air, although everything was visibly clean.

The room was clean. Loved that it was not far from the Riverwalk.

The suite was incredible it even had its own dishes which was a first for me. We didn’t use any of the amenities to have an opinion but it was easy to check in and easy to check out. What I did not like is that they charge you separately for parking each day and don’t tell you about that charge until you get there and it’s too late to do anything else about it. Also there was a strange noise every once in awhile that I’m not sure where it was coming from but as soon as I picked up the phone to bring it to someone’s attention, it stopped. Altogether we enjoyed the stay and probably would stay again, but being able to budget for the parking fee would have been nice.

The property over charged me for valet parking and two weeks later I still haven’t been able to contact a live individual to handle the situation. Travelers beware……if you have an issue with your bill after your stay….good luck

You can tell not corporations type and mildly dated but very clean and kitchen in the room 10 if I was to go to Tampa stay again and for the week I didn't get broken parking lot across from the hotel save you on parking if you okay with half of the block walk Cost of parking but valet were nice cat's

The property was well maintained, the rooms extremely clean and updated, and the bed was comfortable. It was located within easy walking distance of the River Walk, restaurants, and the convention center.

Exceptional

Not being familiar with downtown Tampa, it was difficult to locate the front of the hotel due to the one way streets. Other than that one concern , everything else was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

I did like that the staff was friendly and accommodating to a point I do not like that I was given the incorrect room at the time that I showed up and had to wait 2 hours to receive my original room that I paid extra for the view and the suite and they gave me a view of the wall I feel like I really wasted my money
