Hyatt House Tampa Downtown

Very close to the river walk. There are not many places to shop (we had to uber to Walmart) unless you drive away from the downtown area, but overall everything was really nice.

I would definitely stay here again The staff was friendly the rooms were clean. It was an awesome visit. Thanks again.

The elevator was broke the day I arrived! I had three pieces of luggage and a flight of steep stairs to climb to get to the front desk. Fortunately, a staff member came to my rescue and helped with the luggage, but I had to manage with my two bad knees on my own. I was TRAPPED! The food was so, so. My breakfast omelet was hard and brownish gray. My stay was completely ruined.

The property was exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The breakfast service was excellent, with attentive staff ensuring a clean environment and proactively addressing guest needs. Furthermore, the valet team provided outstanding service, ensuring my vehicle was prepared and promptly available for my departure.

The city view was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good everyday, Starbucks downstairs was very convenient. My brand new Jordan’s got soaking wet in the rain after the football game and they bought a box fan to the room so they could dry. Don at the front desk was very helpful and gave me a cookie for my birthday. We skipped on valet and parked at the 717 parking lot on the corner next to the hotel and had easy access to loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance and also the river walk was a block or 2 away walking.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good variety of food. We used the valet service and they were wonderful. They worked very hard to get everyone’s car in a timely manner. The pool just looked very dirty. I am not sure if it was from the recent rain of just always looked that way, so we need not utilize the pool. The pool is the reason for only 4 stars.

Great stay but air conditioner didn’t work in the room. It was very hot and uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was pleasant and very helpful when needed. Especially loved the guy who manages the valets. Breakfast had something for everyone. The bar was a popular spot. We loved the location and its proximity to Riverwalk, restaurants etc. My husband’s only complaint is they could provide a better iron and ironing board but that doesn’t deserve a demerit. They had a water station downstairs with plain water and water with lemon which served me well as I forgot to bring my water supply. Our room overlooked the pool which guests appeared to be enjoying. The floor of the pool looked like it would benefit from a paint job. Must be well-used. Again, not a reason for a demerit. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Great location for events at Benchmark.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it to others

No water pressure on 11 th floor

Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had good choices and kitchen staff went beyond my expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Benchmark arena, easy 10 min walk. We appreciated the valet parking as well. The real bonus was being upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. We were only there 1 night, but it was nice.
