Hotel Tampa Riverwalk

Hotel is under construction & pool is closed due to renovation. We stayed for one night & the room we had was run down & not much food option on the permisse

Went at a time when

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Almost entirely under construction and didn’t give me notice until it was too late to cancel though that’s partially on Expedia too. Bathroom was dated although decently clean. The valet was overwhelmed and charged $44 a night when it would have been more convenient to just get the car myself instead of waiting 20 minutes for them to get my car from walking distance. Called for towels twice and never got them. Cleaning staff was extremely loud in the morning. Management seemed tired and unfriendly. Hallways were depressing. Costs the same as any other Hilton in the city that looks much nicer. This hotel might be decent in 2 years when construction is done absolutely awful until then. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review like this in my life.

The sheets on the bed was nasty, blood stains on the bed ..I called they did come change the sheets but they was nasty too so I had to call again about them!!!

Todo en ese Hotel estaba exelente, silo que estaban remodelando alguna de la facilidades, pero el resto estaba muy buenos servicios..

They were upgrading but still charging over-priced/high rates. Visible water damage in the bathroom. Staff was helpful but overall, would not stay there again during reconstruction.

The staff was really helpful and polite. Everything was at walking distance

The property was undergoing renovations, the room we were in was sub par at best, the jet tub was filthy and didn’t work and the main tub/shower was dingy. Check in was annoying because the hotel cancelled my reservation and we had to get that sorted out. I feel as though for the amount of money spent this was not a great experience.

Muy sucio y malas condiciones

A lot of renovation. No amenities. The rooms and halls smelled of urine. I was supposed to have balcony. Did not. Toilet didn’t work. Stayed 1 night.

Everything was great rooms clean great staff housekeeping very consistent

The hotel seemed like it was under construction. Our room smelt like mold. Very confusing layout!

Habia moho por todo el cuarto me cobraron 44 dolares extra por el parqueo; el hotel esta en construccion no dice nada a la hora de la reserva ;el hotel te escribe dias despues q esta en construccion la propiedad pero eso no justifica q estan sucias las habitaciones

I would not recommend a stay at this hotel on principal since they didn’t care if we are inconvenienced in the least.

Property was advertised as having a pool. Extensive construction going on on the property. There was no access to the pool. We had a difficult time finding the entrance of the property as the sign was poorly visible and have to enter through the parking garage. Lost a lot of time finding the entrance. Front desk clerk was very abrupt and did not offer any remorse in regards to amenities being unavailable. It was like whatever

We needed wash clothes and they stayed out both nights !! Fire alarm keep going off as I would blow dry my hair! Rediculous!! Try to shower and hot water is scorching hot!! Have to turn down to almost no water to get it not to not be scorching HOT !Dated place. Great views! Just need to some major overhaul! Staff was doing their job!
