Great location. Room was clean and the staff was super helpful.
-
Beautiful property, and great staff!
-
Excellent stay! Clean, protective, and private. The only issue was that the closest parking lot is a block away and that valet parking is extremely expensive.
-
Staff at the front desk was really helpful. Everybody was super amazing.

Make sure you see Gabi at the bar. Great drinks and wonderful service.

At the front desk, the clerk showed little concern and casually explained that someone with the same last name had been checked in under my reservation. I repeatedly told him that I didn't know that person, but he remained focused on trying to unlock the room instead of addressing the obvious safety issue. Even after I kept saying someone was inside, he seemed to ignore my concerns and discussed the situation with maintenance. We were then sent back to the room, where the maintenance employee knocked, and the person inside answered. The entire situation was alarming. Had I been alone, I could have unknowingly walked into an occupied room, creating a potentially dangerous situation. I requested a full refund and left immediately. The next day, the manager called and referred to the incident as a "minor hiccup." A guest being assigned an occupied room is not a minor mistake—it's a serious safety concern. The lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism made this an unacceptable experience.

Close to downtown Tampa and lots of breakfast/brunch places.

Refrigerator wasn’t working initially to store meds, thankfully that was handled properly.

We have been there before, which is why we came back. Staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Lobby inviting, pool and pool area, a great place to hang out. The view is perfect- sitting poolside and overlooking Riverwalk, and waterway. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and our view of waterway was great

It was a very nice hotel. We were only there for one night. The staff was excellent. We will definitely come back again.

Really comfortable room, nice and spacious with nice facilities, incredibly well maintained. In a superb location lovely for strolls along the river walk. Very happy with my choice!

We have stayed before- which is why we came back. The lobby is inviting, the pool are is unbelievable- overlooks the waterway and riverwalk. Our room also overlooked the riverwalk and waterway. We loved our comfortable room. Bed was comfortable and shower was perfect. The location is really good. Walkable to most restaurants and bars.

Excellent location!! Right on the Riverwalk. Can walk nearby to UTampa, multiple restaurants and coffee shops, and Harbour Island. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the laundry machine ruined some of our clothes. And I didn’t love the public pool parties they hosted on weekends. But if that’s your thing, then you’d love it!

Went to check in and they told me they didn’t have the double queen tha I reserved. So they gave me a room with one bed. I had two children that had to sleep on the floor. I called them a week before coming and told them I have a dually and I asked if it was going to be OK to park. They informed me “ sure our valet will take care of you no problem”. When I arrive, the valet parking attendant tells me my truck is too big and I have to take it to a lot. That is about five blocks down the street. So I had to go and park my vehicles there and walk all the way back. Therefore, I had to walk there and back each time. I wanted to use my vehicle. On top of that they gave me a tag to put in my windshield and told me there would be no issue parking there. Well, I received four parking tickets $55 each during my stay. I was not informed that there was a pool party both nights that I was staying there. So as far as ordering food, I could only order hotdog or chicken wings because that’s what they were making for the pool party. Which had absolutely nothing to do with me or the other guests who were staying in the hotel. This pool party was strictly for outside people that were not even guests at that hotel. I do not see how that is fair at all. They did not clean the rooms every day like they said they would. I had to go and get towels every day. But the worst part was getting $220 in parking tickets and my children having to sleep on the floor. It’s unacceptable and I willneverstayagai
