Excellent service, neat and clean room. However, the chair covers on the poolside chairs located along the wall were extremely nasty, dirty, and need to be replaced. Otherwise, I had a great stay.
-
Great experience! the staff was friendly and super helpful.

The staff was amazing, but the room we got has the bed cloths were dirty, the AC was not working and the towels smelled bad.as soon as we reported the staff contacted the manager and gave us a new clean room.

The stay was ok due to the air conditioning in all the balconies not working prior to my arrival which resulted in a change in rooms. I was looking forward to a balcony stay and I booked the room 6 months in advance to have that convenience. I do understand that it was out of the hotel's control but because there was a very large conference being held at the convention center, there was no rooms conducive to me exchanging hotels or paying at least $500 more dollars. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to my questions.

Great location. Room was clean and the staff was super helpful.

Beautiful property, and great staff!

Excellent stay! Clean, protective, and private. The only issue was that the closest parking lot is a block away and that valet parking is extremely expensive.

The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and other attractions. The lobby is very welcoming and comfortable for spending time socializing. We were greeted warmly by Carl who made sure we had everything we needed. Gabi the bartender hosted a really great happy hour. The complimentary cocktail and charcuterie was much appreciated. Tiana greeted us at checkout and was extremely helpful with suggestions for local places and even offered to keep our luggage for us. Great staff made for an exceptional stay. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked into the lobby, the staff was polite, accommodating, cheerful, and welcoming. One of the front desk employees, Anna, was especially fun to talk to and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. There was also another front desk employee, unfortunately I did not catch her name, who was also wonderful to speak with and made my stay feel extra special when she surprised me with a small gift that I was not expecting at all. That kind of gesture really stood out to me. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, elevators, hallways, and my room were all very clean and well maintained and had some pretty interesting art mixed throughout. I was thoroughly impressed with the housekeeping staff. Funny enough, I never actually saw them, but I definitely knew they were there. On Saturday morning, I went downstairs for breakfast and had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant, which was very good and made fresh to order. By the time I got back upstairs to my room, maybe only 20 minutes later, housekeeping had already been in and out, replaced the towels, and made the bed. I did not see anyone when I left the room, so I have no idea how they knew I was gone, but they were quick, efficient, and clearly on top of things. I also spent an entire day at the pool, which was very enjoyable. The attached bar right inside the doors made it extremely convenient. The bar has comfortable seating all around, a pool table and games spread around the tables for guests to play, free of charge. The bartender, Gabi, was surprisingly skilled with her technique, had an upbeat personality, and always had a smile on her face no matter who she was serving or what she was doing. Overall, I honestly do not have much to say in a negative way. There were just a few small things worth mentioning. I stayed in room 201, which was on the corner of the building closest to the street and the river view bridge. While my room technically did have a river view, it was from the bathroom window. LoL. I am going to overlook that detail because the cleanliness of the hotel and the attention from the staff outweighed something as small as the exact specifics of what my view consisted of. Still, it may be worth mentioning more clearly in the booking listing. A few other things I was not completely thrilled with were mostly related to the pool and bar area. The bar did not open until 12 noon, which felt a little late for a Saturday, especially during a major holiday weekend. Opening a little earlier would have been nice. I was also a little disappointed that the pool area had no entertainment, not even music. Luckily, I had brought my Bluetooth speaker. I jokingly took a general vote by yelling out to the other guests around the pool to see what genre of music everyone wanted to hear. Once we had some music playing, everyone seemed happier, more relaxed, and the pool area felt much more enjoyable. The walls inside my room were completely bare with no artwork, which made the room feel a little plain and also caused it to echo pretty badly. The room itself was smaller than I expected, but it was still comfortable, clean, and efficient for what I needed. One thing that may matter more to couples or people sharing a room is that there was no real bathroom door, not even to the toilet/water closet area for privacy. Since I was traveling solo, it did not personally bother me, but I could see how that might be awkward for two people sharing the room.

At the front desk, the clerk showed little concern and casually explained that someone with the same last name had been checked in under my reservation. I repeatedly told him that I didn't know that person, but he remained focused on trying to unlock the room instead of addressing the obvious safety issue. Even after I kept saying someone was inside, he seemed to ignore my concerns and discussed the situation with maintenance. We were then sent back to the room, where the maintenance employee knocked, and the person inside answered. The entire situation was alarming. Had I been alone, I could have unknowingly walked into an occupied room, creating a potentially dangerous situation. I requested a full refund and left immediately. The next day, the manager called and referred to the incident as a "minor hiccup." A guest being assigned an occupied room is not a minor mistake—it's a serious safety concern. The lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism made this an unacceptable experience.
