The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for attending conference events while still being close to restaurants and other attractions. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. You made my first conference experience in Tampa even more memorable. I look forward to staying with you again the next time I’m in the area!

I love the friendly staff and downtown location! I have stayed here a few times for those reasons, however, I have encountered musty smelling, wet rooms a couple of times. I understand the Florida heat may do a number on their ac units, but there was visible water damage all around my most recent room. Fortunately they have begun renovations, but not sure when those will be finished. Wonderful staff and an ideal location for exploring downtown, and close to college too.

Staff accommodating and helpful

Neat, tidy & nicely refurbished. We had to ask reception twice to request the people who partied during the night at 1am and 1:30am to quiet down as we could not sleep and had an early flight. There should be a quiet time and no party at the pool at late.

Valet parking was top notch, location was very convenient and the property was well maintained. I traveled with the kids and we had a blast in Tampa.

Very old and unclean with bad smell!

The view was great and service was excellent The hotel was under construction no pool

The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa.
