Valet staff was awesome!

Everyone was amazing and helpful.

Awesome stay. Bar and coffeehouse for evenings&mornings. Very classy, very well decorated, very well kept: cleaning staff had a 'sixth sense' about what I wanted cleaned and left alone. Shuttle service can get you to Ybor and other local attractions.. which means you could use them to get you in the robotaxi geofence and get a cheap fare to ZooTampa or a Bucs game. Cold lemon water in the lobby and clean restrooms on the mezzanine so you don't have to run all the way back up to your room to take a tinkle. I can't really say anything negative about this hotel. Dominos is next door if you need a pizza late at night.

We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite during our stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We truly appreciated every aspect of our stay and would be happy to return. We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. We have nothing negative to report—everything exceeded our expectations. The experience was wonderful from start to finish, and we would gladly stay here again.

Shuttle service was not available for us because there were so many people going to the arena for the concert so we had to walk there and back. Maybe have more than one shuttle on a concert night.

We loved everything about this place. And was in awe when we found out that this place will be 100 years old. We love be able to stay at place like this.

I love the original touches from the original building still included after the renovation. Everyone was efficient and helpful.

Love the room design bed was comfortable pillows are too soft. Big problem with cars racing every night can hear it from the 10th floor like it's in my room. Plus some staff never greeted us properly.

The room looks recently updated. Was very comfortable and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was in working order. There was no body wash in the shower. A little mix up with the bill, but I think it got fixed. I had prepaid, but it didn't show that upon check in.

The restaurant was so loud you couldn’t hear the band. We were there for reservations at 7:00 with show tickets for 8:30. We left at 8:25 without dinner because “the kitchen was backed up”. Was starving all night smelling feet!!!! Uck!

Everything was close by, great location

If I could give this places 10/5 I would do that. It was a great experience. The staff was so kind and even sent us a bottle of wine and a card for our anniversary. The room was gorgeous and we may or may not have gone full tourist taking all kinds of photos. The TV had “Welcome, Morgan” on it when we arrived to the room. We also had a daily spending allowance of $15 that we could use at the bar or coffee shop. The coffee was incredible too. The lobby and hotel itself was gorgeous and very clean. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and we will definitely be back.
