Beautiful room & a great staff! Really enjoyed my chai at the in house coffee shop!

It was an awesome stay. I just do not understand why my hotel room did not have a microwave. If I am paying that much for a four star hotel room, I need a microwave to eat my food as I please without leaving my hotel room to go use the microwave on the first floor. That is a must. Anyway, everything else was pretty and the staff was nice.

Staff was very helpful and informative Breakfast menu was limited but the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and helped us get what we wanted even though it wasn't on the menu

I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Good dinner options at the Dan and great service. Valet service was weak and impersonal. No shuttle to the Benchmark Arena due to maintenance and no options or compensation offered. I guess it's the customers problem when the hotel can't deliver as advertised.

Everything was great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

If you want your room kept up during your stay I would not advise this hotel. They told me it would be an extra $45 for them to come into the room and tidy up if I’m still staying another night.Other than that, it was great and beautiful.

Nice hotel

The hotel was pretty good - they have a section for quick food. I went to get a sandwich from this area, however the 2 chicken sandwiches that were left were made on Friday 7/10 - I checked in on Tuesday 7/14. These sandwiches are NOT refrigerated either, they are left out in the room temperature area. When I brought this to the staffs attention, they said 5 days was fine!! WHAT? 5 days in open air CHICKEN! That's the only down side to this hotel. I took a photo of the Food with the dates clearly marked!

It was disappointing because the hotel itself is beautiful and has so much potential, but the lack of helpful customer service really took away from the experience. For a hotel at this price point, we expected the staff to at least make an effort to help solve basic issues rather than simply tell us no. We likely would not stay again based on the service alone.

Overall great location, great rooms, and great staff! Expedia didn’t disclose the 100 per night deposit so that definitely impacts overall prices when you’re considering options.

Staff gave us the wrong room cards and gave us the right room card but the wrong room I made a reservation for a room with a shower they gave us one with a tub the sheets weren’t clean and the room wasn’t comfortable.

Charming old hotel with beautiful architecture. Very convenience location. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My room was delightful and clean and very quiet. The restaurant is lovely and the bar is beautiful. All in all it was an unexpected delight for a last minute reservation in Tampa. I also highly recommend the adorable Italian restaurant with the best Ricotta pizza ever and great wines by the glass... a place called Bavaro's just .3 miles from the hotel. Easy walk to and from.

Good Restaurant and rooms are large.
