Sebastian from front desk was exceptional and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good interms of the taste. The housing keeping and kitchen staff were great. More variety of food choice for breakfast.

Quick check in, location near restaurants and arena for concert. Valet parking and amount of $ for parking.

Overall, beautiful place. Room was fine...$45 per day for parking is a bit much outside of NYC, imo. Nitpicking - they never made up our room one day. Not a big deal, everyone we encountered, from check-in to valet to hotel bar, was friendly and welcoming. They also sent up a nice anniversary gift unsolicited, which we certainly appreciated.
