Clean, spacious room. Decent sized and clean bathroom. Pretty good breakfast Initial front desk reception, rooms not ready even though check in time is so late (4pm) and we arrived after 4. Attending person didn't make eye contact when it was our turn, instead she took a call from a customer, received their complaint, took the time to relay the info to a housekeeper. I don't mind any of that but she should have acknowledged us, she should have said to give her a minute she'll get to us, something to the effect and not behave as if we were not there or invisible

The air conditioning in my room did not work. I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds one for myself and one for my adult son. I noticed the room was warm when I checked in around five so I turned down the temperature and we left for a while. When I returned around eight, it was still quite warm so I called the front desk. I was told the clerk was alone so she sent someone from housekeeping. The lady who came was very nice, and she messed with the buttons for about 10 minutes, then told me she thought it was working and to wait for 30 minutes to see if it would cool. I got more and more uncomfortable in the warm room I decided to go to the front desk to see if they could move me to a different room. They said they only had rooms with king-size beds left and they could give me one, but my son would have to sleep on a fold out bed for the same price. I said I really didn't want that and they offered me a fan and told me to keep my hopes up and to have faith that the room would be cooling off. I took the fan up to my room and plugged it in and it vibrated like crazy. My son looked at it. I noticed it was missing a blade. At that point, I was pretty grouchy about the situation so my son went down to the front desk and had us moved to a room with a king-size bed and he voluntarily slept on the fold out bed for the same price. It was not offered any kind of compensation or discount and was pretty ticked off about the situation.

Clean hotel but they over charged my bank account as well as charged me twice! The manager is never available and they do not respond to messages or call back. Just pick a different hotel

My family had a very short stay and really enjoyed their stay. The front desk representative was so sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and the food from the restaurant was pretty good.

Room very clean and staff very helpful

They did not clean my room. When I called the staff to ask why, I was met with rudeness and condescension. If they weren’t going to clean the room every day, I would not stay there.

Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa was good. Parking worked just fine and the walk to U Tampa was easy. We recommend this place for picking up, dropping off, and visiting your student.
