The hotel was not the cleanest but it was close to some nice spots. The rooms were average but definitely need an upgrade.

Great location. Great staff. The property has seen better days. It really needs to be completely overhauled.

Front desk staff were excellent and remembered my name the next day. Let us check in early. Drivers were excellent and took us to trolley and picked us up at trolley. A wonderful thing to have. Hotel needs to be updated. Bed was not comfortable, nor were pillows. Furniture is old. Room was clean.

Great location by the Riverwalk and very friendly service

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was superb. The part I did not like was the floor and the room. The floor was the 8th. The colors are horrible, bright yellow and bright darker blue, which the corners were not even trimmed properly, it wouldn't matter anyway since the colors were not appealing at all. Now the room was ok, except for the old carpet and the stuffy smell, you'll get over it after being there for a little while. I would not stay there again though. If you are about location the hotel will do it. Thanks to the staff for being so nice.

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location. We had no complaints. The in hotel restaurant was excellent.

It was a nice place to stay the night prior to our cruise the next morning. Stayed with my family and we would definitely book again

Good stay

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and professional. The location was convenient, and everything about the experience was smooth. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing - the lobby staff were friendly but as we went up to our room away from the public areas the hotel got grubbier. Our room was old fashioned, felt dirty, the bathroom was not clean and the shower tray filled with water as it was clogged up with hair.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent!

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are nice but the shower does not get hot water. The restaurant on location had awesome food and beverages. One suggestion would to be longer pool hours at least stay open to 10 or 11 it closes at 8 which is not convenient for families. I wish it had a hot tub that’s pretty much all it was missing.

Dinner was EXCELLENT! Room was clean, but a slight order. Check in/out was easy and staff were very professional and friendly. Smiling goes a long way. I did not like the extra cost for daily parking - had not figured that into my budget. Overall, I would stay again and recommend to others.

I can’t remember the wonderful woman who worked the front desk last night however, she was wonderful, welcoming and has a smile you can see across the room! We enjoyed our stay!
