Miss Linda and Miss Emily were Amazing and treated me very well. thet even remembered my name! No complaints! breakfast was yummy. Service was the Best. even when I came back from Ybor overly happy the front desk was attentive and made sure I was okay!

Great hotel, close to cruise port, they provide service to drop you off at the cruise port. I definitely will stay there again.

close, clean, comfortable No extra roll of Toilet paper. When staying multiple days you should provide back up roll. Saw other guests have to ask as well. Breakfast sausages were horrible. Loved the grits in the morning. Great variety.

The location was the hotel's strongest feature and the only aspect that truly met my expectations. The fresh fruit offered at breakfast was consistently good and of decent quality. No housekeeping service was provided during my stay. The room was missing basic essentials, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and bedding for the sofa bed. For a stay costing over $600 (including parking for 2 nights), I should not have had to contact the front desk to request standard items that should have already been in the room. The sofa bed was unusable because no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided. The regular bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, resulting in two poor nights of sleep and physical discomfort for both me and my companion. The breakfast was disappointing overall, with overly sugary options, watery eggs, and heavily seasoned potatoes. The hotel did not provide the level of comfort, service, or value expected for the price paid.

Right when we walked in we were told we can’t check in till 4 bc our room wouldn’t be ready till 4, we asked the staff to call us if our room was ready earlier,

Paying for parking. It was not clear that it was a separate charge for parking.

We only stayed one night to go to a show at Benchmark Arena. The hotel was very clean and all staff was very nice. The suite rooms are great with a refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher. It’s nice to the extra space with a couch where you can sit down instead of having to sit in the bed to watch TV. The pool looked nice although we did not have time to use it. The breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again. There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and even a Starbucks that’s in the same building.

did not eat breakfast like the location did not seem like any hilton that i have ever stayed at more like a hotel 6 parking ridiculous at $50 a night

The front desk staff was exceptional. Their was a little "disagreement " with one of the other guest during check in. Although it was NOT the staff at fault,she handled the situation beautifully and then removed herself from the situation...BRAVO
