Staff was lovely. Starbucks was a great perk! Pun intended! Room was spacious and clean. We'll definitely come again. Maloney's Irish pub had great service and food, kids can stay till 10pm. No room service but the list of places that deliver and were within walking distance was lengthy and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and stayed open a bit after 9 even though they said 6-9am. Those ladies worked hard. Overall a great stay!

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Rooms were nice and large. Beds very comfortable. Pool was large and great for cooling off in. Excercise room was nice. Breakfast was hot and good. We were able to use the hotel after our cruise for the day until our 9pm flight. Great location to streetcar. We will be back.

Friendly service & staff

Breakfast options were so-so. Condiments should be located away from the food line so it does not cause hold up of line. Swap them with the cereal station. Would be nice if someone was wiping off the dirty tables. Shuttle driver told us that when we returned from our cruise, if we had a later flight that they could pick us up from the port, the hotel would store our luggage and allow us to use the amenities until we needed to head to the airport. I LOVE this and will absolutely book with them again, whether I take advantage of that or not!

It was much better than we expected it. It was very central near everything and we love the shuttle bus courtesy to the cruise ship port. No complaint

Property was ok NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING ON A $200 hotel room before! $40 to park o right is RIDICULOUS

Great staff, easy checkin and out, clean, comfortable bed and safe walking distance to channelside and benchmark stadium!

Staff was friendly and helped with getting my parking and shuttle situated for my cruise. The shuttle was complimentary and parking was reduced since I left my car at the property for my cruise.

Suite was large, unfortunately not a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Overall, the Hotel was outstanding!!!

Our room was exceptional - as we had the top floor corner room with 2 rooms and a full kitchen. We had to do laundry, get dinner and be ready to cruise in the morning and everything happened flawlessly. They even have a shuttle to take us to the cruise port!

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. We were only in for one night and they treated us like family. The room rooms were clean and very spacious with a fantastic view.

Captain T at the front desk was amazing... everyone was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for cruise ports, the will assure all runs smoothly getting shuttle to and from port.
