We liked that it was close to restaurants and the view was beautiful! We were very disappointed in our stay here because they were working on the facilities. It was very chaotic and the bars etc were not open most of the time. They charged us 50 for a late check out and with everything going on felt like that was kind of disappointing!

The property was very nice, clean, and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. For these reasons, I would definitely come back. I did not care for 2 of the 3 elevators. The one to the far right was too shaky and rattling when moving up and a bit squeaky. The panel was slightly opened so I don’t know if there were repairs going on with it. The middle one had a loud ringing noise as soon as you step in to go up. I was most disappointed with the in house restaurant, Blue Harbour. The breakfast buffet was NOT impressive and definitely NOT worth $50 for 2 people. The eggs were what is expected but the hash browns were dry, possibly undercooked, and tasted like they were of a generic brand. The look of the sausage was good but the taste had a strange flavor and an undesired aftertaste. For the cost, I was extremely disappointed. The hotel provided a $15 voucher for the room but it was kind of a slap in the face when applying it to breakfast because the restaurant charges an 18% service charge plus tax on TOP of the mentioned $25 per person cost. I expected so much better for a meal that was not complimentary in any fashion.

Unfortunately refrigirator in my room had only one option to be on for 2 hours. As a result all my food spoiled.

Great location. Close by to a lot of the attractions. The riverwalk is the best along with all the restaurants close by.

Room was comfortable, hotel was clean, and smelled great. We had a wonderful view and it was quiet despite the busy night life. The entire staff was kind and the valet parking was amazing. We love this place.
