One thing is be prepared to have difficulty breathing, it smells like humidity all day every day and it doesn’t go away. I tried candles, sprays, something must be in these walls or underneath these carpets, the smell is horrible. The pool is A LOT smaller than the picture so it can get crowded but they have a bar with amazing staff and excellent drinks. Perfect location as well!

It was a clean hotel and beautiful views but the tub needed updated in room 356, it was peeling bad around the whole tub, I didnt want to complain after I finally seen it because I already settled in and just wanted to relax. The location and views were the best part.

Very nice place! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Room furniture, outside work out equipment very outdated. Room door with huge dents like someone kicked it, Carpet stained , tub peeling. Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. Garbage under kitchen sink from previous tenant. ‘Zero’ house keeping done /available during 5 day stay. Pool restaurant/ bar very good. The view was nice. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.

It was a nice place overall. The only complaint I have is the pool is too small for the size of the place. It fills up fast and it’s full. It has security and a gate, which was nice and a pain at the same time. It would’ve been nice for them to open the gate when it was down pouring instead of me, opening my window up scan the card soaked the interior of my Pickup. Didn’t get me wrong I know that’s the point of security gate, but I was there almost 2 weeks. They had to know what I was driving by then. Just sucked. Also worth mentioning is if you’re coming in a U-Haul or pulling a trailer it might be pretty challenging to find a place to park. Really nice place overall. Really nice view in the evening

The location is great. Cleanliness is probably dependent on which specific room you get since this isn’t a traditional hotel. Our room was older and needed some work from paint to old dingy carpet. Caulking in the bathtub/shower had several mildew spots, things like that. We only stayed one night so not worth raising a complaint. But if we were stopped to stay longer I definitely would’ve wanted a room change at least. Parking and check in/out were good. There’s a poolside dining option. Didn’t eat there but breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30am and only other options require a drive.

Love staying there go every year and stay there. Glad the deck was being rebuilt.

Room was clean, spacious and had a great view. I travel for business and often stay here for the good value, quiet area and great views. Because it has a kitchen, I am able to bring my family along sometimes.

This was on the bay. Perfect for fishing. Also perfect for visiting Tampa. We felt at home.

Great clean place . Staff was awesome

The first room had an odor to it, we were moved to another room and the odor was better but still had a foul smell under the kitchen sink.

I paid the deposit never got my money back, told me 3-5 days, watched tv, slept checked out. Then got charged another $20 for no reason. I message them no response, use to be ran a lot better

Easy check in and out with garage style parking to keep your vehicle cool. The room was clean comfortable and cool. Bring toiletries there’s only hand soap’s but plenty of towels. The pool is small bring towels none are provided and the restaurants bar by the pool has live music on Fridays @6pm. The 3 small tiki’s have soft sand chairs to enjoy drinks and the view is relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon.

It was a nice place. But it was a large facility. The office for check-in was in an obscure location and not clearly mapped out for people coming for the first time.

Traveled here a lot of times with my family 💞. We love it. Close to nearby shopping and love the sunsets 🌇 and sunrise 🌅. Just beautiful. It's a little outdated but overall love it

Worth the view!!! Perfect spot. Cold rooms, which was very nice.

Pool and the bar is a plus
