No aces to a beaches No safety box in the room .food service well overpriced

Location was great. Loved having extra space and a full kitchen! The food at the pool restaurant was fantastic.

My first choice for stay in the area

The room was as advertised in the pics online. The furniture is beat up, sofa was very uncomfortable and only 1 nightstand in the bedroom. There was a faint moldy smell in the unit for our whole stay. The pool area was small but nice with the exception of people bringing gigantic floats and inner tubes. The food and drinks at the restaurant by the pool were the highlight. When we walked around the property we did see a balcony that was completely rotted out/falling down which made me a bit nervous about our balcony being on the 4th floor!

They did not advertise that there was a deposit required nor did they message after the reservation was booked to confirm that I was to pay a deposit. The property is nice but I was looking forward to fishing off the peer and I couldn't since it is all under construction.

The views was great. Check in was great. House keeping sucks. Sheets was not changed, towels were a mess In the linen closet , floors was not swept, dishwasher didn’t work correctly, Bathroom lights was tripped off for entire night, The rooms were roomy the views magnificent the pool was great and the drinks and bartender at the pool was welcoming. I will tell others to book there . Just check the rooms throughly at check in.

The room itself is very outdated. Carpet from early 2000s. Furniture is all very outdated and damaged. Much like a cheap motel. Found bugs in the kitchen and bedroom. Was filthy. There was no soap and I had to ask several times for some to even wash dishes from the cabinets that still had food on them. The refrigerator didn’t really keep our food cold. The bathtub is peeling and had hair and other dirt in it. The front of the doorway smelled like urine. Also, it’s a really long walk from the elevator, so you need to be able to walk a distance or climb three flights of stairs.

I can't complain. I spent my whole trip on my balcony facing the bay. Room was clean, bathroom could use an update and was showing it's age. The elevator was very slow and very hot but I will definitely stay here again. The peace of the balcony was worth it. The restaurant on site was excellent!

Just wish the ocean view area where you can relax had a sprinkler for you to cool off. Overall wonderful experience

The rooms were large. The bathroom/kitchen are a little outdated. The location is convenient to the airport.

Amazing views, very friendly staff, amazing food and drinks at the restaurant next to the pool, there’s a beach right next to the hotel, overall highly recommend!!!

Stayed here for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Convenient location. Outdated rooms, pictures don’t really look like the property. You can’t access the beach foreal even though it appears that you can in the pictures. Pool is small and wasn’t clean. Pool restaurant was good and had decent prices.

The view was pretty. Bar had good drinks. The security guard was so wonderful upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very dated. Bedrooms are right next to the hall way which can get to be very loud. You can hear everything. The couch in our room was torn up and didn’t appear clean so I never sat on it. We were in for a weekend or I likely would have requested a different room.

We really liked the location, the layout of the room, and the restaurant by the pool. The staff was friendly as well. This resort is in desperate need of updating. The furnishings, carpets, drapes, etc. looked like they were from the 80s. The TVs had basic Direct TV which isn't bad, but in these times, it is the norm to have access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. on your TV. There were repairs in the room that were very low budget like screws and silicone holding up the shower curtains or the wall hooks for the drapes, etc.

This location is amazing but hotel old and the cockroach was a bummer.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y siempre cuentas con estacionamiento cubierto para tu auto. Totalmente recomendado

I think I had a fair experience. Great price for the room, good amenities and good everything. the rooms need improvements and more hard work on cleaning, but I think worth it.

Had a fire my kids were scared staying another night.should of got that night free with two kids freaked out all night and the next night
