this property it's horrible, don't go there, everything is horrible about them, expedia is a horrible website too, dont ever book from expedia and i hope the property fails!!!!!

The view was amazing, the balcony was peaceful and the sunset was breathtaking..!!! Plus the staff was very professional. We liked everything. Two thumbs up..!!!

I am still waiting for a resolution and response to my refund. We paid for a 2 bedroom suite and the room they gave us had a horrible smell. They moved us to a one bedroom due to no more 2 bedroom suites and I haven't received notice back of my refund. It was dirty

For an older building, it was what you would expect. Nothing is perfect but the bar had a fun atmosphere and our room was clean. For the price, we can’t complain.

I really liked that the property had balconies overlooking the water. We were able to see dolphins and several fish right from the property. There was also a little private beach area, and a pool bar literally next door, which was very convenient. The first room had a sewage smell and stains on the carpet. However, I went to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room without any questions or hesitation. The customer service was wonderful and they handled the situation very professionally.

I like the security, the balcony, the rooms are nice, the pool, the tili bar is ok as well. There are nice places to sit outside on the waterfront. Nothing really. I stay here on my way to Clearwater for a night to chill.

We booked it for the great location. The rooms that are privately owned are dated, torn carpet, worn furniture, patched holes on the walls, stains and outdated bath and kitchen equipment and fixtures. That was disappointing. We asked for a room change and the next room was barely better. The only part of the hotel that was nice was the pool and bar grill at the pool. The owners of the rooms they rent should be kept at a standard of cleanliness and quality of the rooms

I've been to this property several times, my kids love the pool and I like the bar next to the pool, rooms are good but those sofa beds are back breakers. This time around I had to kill 3 roaches, two in the bathroom and one in the dishwasher. I'd suggest a better exterminator.
