My only suggestion...and again, this is not reflective of everyone I encountered at the front desk...but I must say this. Customer service is a real and very necessary part of workplace culture. How an employee speaks to a customer or a guest is very important, even if it is explaining rules and processes. Communication is an art form. Problem resolution is paramount, so offering suggestions on how to resolve booking issues and or payment related protocols to guests is vital. Most of these issues can be resolved, sometimes with the assistance of management or even corporate, but going the extra mile shows not only professionalism, but personal character in the service industry. I would reccommend this location. Make sure your ID and credit card matches for the reservation and incidentals and you will be fine. I'ts standard hotel check-in policy.

The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and has the upscale atmosphere you would expect. However, we had no hot water in our room. We let the shower run for approximately 20 minutes, but the water remained ice cold. My wife was particularly disappointed, and I ultimately chose not to shower at all. The hotel did respond to the issue and removed the roughly $30 facility fee, and a Guest Experience Coordinator followed up afterward. I appreciate both gestures. However, considering the price of the room and the fact that Dream Nashville presents itself as a luxury hotel, I felt the resolution was underwhelming. Reliable hot water is a basic expectation, especially at this price point. I’m not writing this based on one bad experience with a hotel I’ve never visited before. I’ve returned several times because I’ve enjoyed staying here. That history is also why this visit was so disappointing. For a special occasion and a room at this price, I expected a better experience and a more meaningful effort to make things right.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. Check in and check out was a smooth process. The rooms were very clean and we were happy to see that one of our rooms had a stand up shower because a guest in our party had mobility issues and can’t step over high tubs. Let’s talk about Breakfast. Usually when I hear that you get a continental breakfast, I only expect donuts and danish and maybe some cold cereal. Not here, this was a full blown breakfast, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, poo tarts, bagels, lots of juice, oat milk for those with dairy issues, there were was something there for everyone. We are from out of town and all activities that we planned were 20 min away which was great. On our next trip we will definitely go for a swim and hit the fitness center. I highly recommend this place. And it was right off the highway for us.

El desayuno riquísimo con rápidas para waffles, yogures de buena calidad, naranjas frescas, pan, etc, muy fresco especialmente el Café, delicioso de buena calidad, con múltiples opciones de cremas, leches y endulzantes; así como los tés. Todo muy limpio y el café disponible 24 hrs. Servicio de PC e impresora 24 hrs. Con gusto volvería 😊

lots of parking! Good breakfast. Staff was helpful too when I needed to print something, they helped out. Small pool but very clean. My son had fun playing in the pool.

This was a really nice hotel, especially for the price. Overall the property was really well maintained and it was nice to have a hot breakfast. There were definitely some small blemishes in the hotel (our curtain was broken, and the chain to the blind was broken) but otherwise really great.

Stayed 2 nights, rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.
