Staff, clean room

The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was solid with decent choices. The location was convenient and easy to find.

This place is only a couple years old. Still smells new. Everything was clean and impeccable. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and wanted to correct the booking but didn’t have any larger rooms. Booked using Booking.com and it advertised a room that slept 5 but it only slept four. Booking should not advertise what isn’t accurate. My husband had to sleep on the floor! And under the bed hadn’t been cleaned.

Could have been a nice hotel to stay during our visit to Michigan for a funeral, but unfortunately, the staff and their attitudes ruined any chance of staying at that hotel ever again. It was truly shameful how they behaved right at the start at check in and then throughout the stay. When we needed extra towels because they started us out with only two, they had us come down to get it. I’m used to that from all hotels anymore since Covid (which is bull crap). But when I came down nicely, I was meet with rudeness and a feeling of inconveniencing THEM. I then go back to the room, pull out the couch bed and see that no sheets were left for me. Again, their mistake. Nothing I did wrong. Of course, I had to go down to retrieve them and got the third degree like I just didn’t have eyes to see them in the room. I promise you they were not there with the pillow and comforter. Again, got back on the elevator feeling like I was an unwelcome house guest. More happened concerning the pool. If manager reads this, you’re welcome to contact me. I was told they were going to when they thought I wasn’t a guest and tried to kick me out of the pool and make my daughter ball her eyes out. After the issue, I went up to the front desk to try to understand exactly what happened and why there was such hostility. She then tries to tell me it’s not a big deal WITHOUT an apology. Too stubborn to see how messed up that interaction was. Could have been a good hotel. Need better reps for that.

Clean rooms and great staff thanks.

Overall a nice hotel and with nice staff. That being said, their attention to detail is really lacking. I was told the hotel is only two years old yet we had numerous loose or missing fixtures in our room. Also found sunflower seeds under the edge of both beds.

Property was new, clean, easy to access. Pool is very small and computer system was not working properly when we checked in causing some annoyance. The free breakfast is awesome!

The internet connection when you're trying to watch movies on prime Amazon or Netflix you have to turn the TV on and off or reset the TV at least four times for it to start.. a huge headache
