Great experience for an affordable price!

Beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Staff was great. Wonderful location, across from the mall, restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor area to sit & Wonderful fire pit. Loved the hotel

Location was good. Front desk staff was very nice. We were surprised by this location. We usually really love all the Home2 Suites in other cities. The pool was extremely cold and dirty. The volume on our tv never worked. Which they said they would discount our stay if they didn’t get it fixed. They never discounted me. The room was very dusty. The pack n play was very dirty. I couldn’t put my toddler to sleep in it.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The poll was pretty good too.

My only complaint is that the pool water was too cold!! The staff told me that if it was too cold, to let them know and they would bump up the heat. We asked, and it remained cold and we never got to enjoy it.

The staff was very friendly and well informed about places close by. The breakfast was amazing , beds very comfy . Nothing . It was all good

Wonderful place

The staff was very helpful with fixing my room issue when I discovered my assigned room didn't match what I booked. I was reassigned to a accessible bedroom which was an upgrade (bedroom vs studio), but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bathroom wasn't clean at all - there was still dried toothpaste on the sink faucet and handle, the bathroom counter and toliet didn't appear to be wiped down and the side table next to the bed had something spilled on it that had dried and was never cleaned up.The other surfaces in the room were questionable, and the hand-held shower sprayer was leaking and hadn't been wiped down for a while. There was black mold underneath the lip of the shower surround, underneath the accessible handle bars. The front of the room (kitchen/living room) smelled like someone had smoked inside the room. I had to wipe down all the surfaces in the room - including the phone next to the bed - with Clorox wipes before feeling comfortable to use the bathroom and bedroom, and kitchen table. After cleaning things down, I was concerned about how clean my towels and sheets were. I opted to continue on my journey and shower at my next hotel. A person who truly needed an accessible room would have been sorely disappointed. The overall hotel was well-maintained and the manager and front desk went beyond my expectations to help correct my accommodations. It's only the housekeeping shortfall will keep me from returning.

They do not clean your room with a two night stay (again not advertised). Two of the cups in our room were very obviously dirty with coffee from previous user (not coffee stains - liquid coffee remains).

I had a great stay! The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious as well! Will book again!

The hotel was very clean. We don’t several days there and I worked down in the lobby area after breakfast each day. They constantly cleaned, mopped, and disinfected the place. My favorite part was the breakfast lady. She was so nice and helpful.

Our room was comfortable, and the staff was responsive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, but the standout feature was the on-site EV chargers. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom sink light didn’t work, and the vent seemed to be old and malfunctioning. I also noticed some mold or mildew on the bottom of the shower stall. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a nice time during our stay at H2 Suites by Hilton Taylor Detroit.

Breakfast was below average, location was not good, shady area. Area was not good, dirty atmosphere overall, not a good experience. Won't recommend for families.

I wished that there were more varieties in breakfast. But the swimming pool was great. The water could be a bit warmer.

Guests above us were running and stomping after they were told by staff twice.
