Wonderful stay! Loved the suite. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of storage. Staff was amazing!

Suggestions: provide a hotel shuttle, eliminate cost for laundry (or at least have change available) and fresh fruit/plain yogurt for breakfast.

There stay was great. The room was spacious with plenty of room to relax.

The sofa bed included in my king room could not fit. I had to rearrange things around to be able to use the sofa bed.

My only gripe was the rude service we received at check-in. Takes some VERY noticeably rough service for me to even bring it up. But to be fair to the clerk, it was the 4th of July and there was a power outage in the area (the reason for our stay) which brought in lots of people. Couldn’t have been fun taking all of those “is your power on” phone calls. Whoever was working the next morning was EXTREMELY pleasant though. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The sofa sleeper in my suite was broken. The room was dirty. There were dishes in the dishwasher. And the breakfast was not all that great. They didn’t have a good selection of anything. You either had waffle, oatmeal, greasy looking pork sausages , hard scrambled eggs or cereal, white bread, bagels, egg muffins, milk there was no yogurt very poor selection. The king size suite had a kitchen with a two burner stove, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishwasher. There’s dishes, glasses and coffee cups, your utensils were included. There’s also pots and pants. The Staff was very polite and professional and apologetic for everything, but did not offer any type of adjustment because I booked my rooms through a third-party. The hotel is very nice but they have a poor turnover service.

Very clean!! I called ahead of time because we were coming in so late. The staff was very nice and took time to ensure we were ok. Then when checking out we needed a little more time to get my mom together, we were accommodated. Very much appreciated. When I checked out staff were talking in the back. Instead of apologizing for the delay, their conversation didn’t finish until they were done.

No breakfast but a nice new hotel very comfy

The fact that the manager Alyssa didn't even have the courtesy to come out of the office to speak with me.

The room was nice with a larger than normal kitchenette and full coffee pot and refrigerator. The price is a bit high for the type of property.

Laundry area is clean(excepts coins) Free charging for EV Have stayed here twice in the past 2 months and will definitely book again.
