Cost per night is affordable Where do I start . 1) cockroach in the room I had to kill. 2) they give you a receipt for the mandatory 50 dollars deposit. They have the receipt too. However upon checkout your receipt must be presented otherwise they won’t give you 50 back. I asked the lady you have the receipt too . She says but we have to verify you are the correct person. I said you have my passport copy too. She gets offended and says I can’t give you your money back. I go back to the room , struggle to find the receipt for half hour . Then give the receipt for cash back. Nightmare experience . Did they tell you about the receipt at checkin - No

Very friendly and was helpful when we had roaches in the room they mives us very fast and were doing everything to help There were bugs in the room

It was a few things like I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to operate so I watched TV on my phone and laptop.....

Fruit flies/gnats in the room was very irritating to say the least.

Room 228 Bad bed and red and yellow and brown stains sheet and under interior dirty look like trash Office couldn’t refunded $ instead of switch room room 222 and we saw toilet bottom back brown mold.

The check in and check out process was so easy. Both staff members were very helpful and nice.

Disappointing

Location was good and easy to access. The room smelled rather strongly of cannabis, I tried to air it out a bit but that didn’t help.

The staff was horrible and not help full at all. The room had flies and cockroaches also.

We...had a big motorcycle event Labor Day weekend and The girl in the evening shift at the desk during the day was very helpful!! She definitely should get a reward after dealing with all of us!! Only thing I didn't like was the kids running around and the people living there I felt the property was a complete prostitute hotel! Or homeless hotel! Not a very good property but excellent staff member!

When I arrived and got the room there are hair in the beds, also the shower tub had hair (pubic) so I went and asked for a different room, got a new room and it seem clean smelled like bleach, so I was ok,, the next morning I went to get a shower and found 3 Cockroach running in the shower courtaine.

No soap or shampoo. Dispensers empty. Buggy. Dirty. Smelly.

I felt safe. Lots of outside lights for safety; yet the light does not shine into the room.

Great time and the room was clean.
