Staff was angry and unhelpful. This place is Ghetto just a good price and familiar name but I would skip due to lack of upkeep and amenities.

This was a horriable place to stay. From the time I stepped out of my car I had people asking for cigarettes and money, to getting in the nasty room that had hair all over the sink and bed and dead flys on the tables to the rock hard bed that you couldnt sleep on to the toilet seat literally coming off when you sat on it. It was a horrible experience.

Bad service, no Wi-Fi, horrible. I will never come back again.”

I like parking in front of my room. The staff were pleasant. It is outdated but convenient for a couple of days.

The staff was great, friendly and helped with any concerns. There was a roach in my room. And whoever was there before me also left a purple wash cloth hanging in the shower. So I assumed they didn’t wash the shower.

It was a disaster from start to finish. The counter rep was rude the office was dirty with people lingering around in the lobby. When we go to our room it smelled dirty or like chemicals. I soon found out why. When I started to clean I found dead bugs. I literally had to do an unusual amount of cleaning than at other properties. Later in the night once the lights were off roaches were present. I advised the attendant and asked to be moved they offered to bomb since extermination was available due to the holiday. I later moved out because the conditions were overwhelming. Highly would not recommend.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed because people were standing in front of the sign smoking. The room was not clean by any means. There was trash bags outside piled high around all the areas for days. The room next to us was absolutely disgusting. The door was left wide open with piles of trash beds tore apart and a very strong urine smell coming out of the room, the doors stay open for two days and was never cleaned once. We were supposed to stay through Monday, but when we asked for extra to towels because the room only had two and there was four people in the room. The front desk laughed at us and said you can try taking them to laundry and exchanging them. Maybe they’ll give you a new ones we turned around and decided to pack our stuff and leave right then and there at 10 o’clock on Sunday morning. This place was so bad that I wouldn’t even recommend it for a homeless person. It’s a shame that it’s even affiliated with a franchise.
