It was a disaster from start to finish. The counter rep was rude the office was dirty with people lingering around in the lobby. When we go to our room it smelled dirty or like chemicals. I soon found out why. When I started to clean I found dead bugs. I literally had to do an unusual amount of cleaning than at other properties. Later in the night once the lights were off roaches were present. I advised the attendant and asked to be moved they offered to bomb since extermination was available due to the holiday. I later moved out because the conditions were overwhelming. Highly would not recommend.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed because people were standing in front of the sign smoking. The room was not clean by any means. There was trash bags outside piled high around all the areas for days. The room next to us was absolutely disgusting. The door was left wide open with piles of trash beds tore apart and a very strong urine smell coming out of the room, the doors stay open for two days and was never cleaned once. We were supposed to stay through Monday, but when we asked for extra to towels because the room only had two and there was four people in the room. The front desk laughed at us and said you can try taking them to laundry and exchanging them. Maybe they’ll give you a new ones we turned around and decided to pack our stuff and leave right then and there at 10 o’clock on Sunday morning. This place was so bad that I wouldn’t even recommend it for a homeless person. It’s a shame that it’s even affiliated with a franchise.

The room was not clean. Crumbs on surfaces, bugs on the windowsill, burn holes in the comforter, shower not clean. We did not stay, after 15 minutes we got our deposit back and left. I would love my money back.

walked into the bathroom and there was a dirty bath towel on the floor next to the toliet, found out why. the toliet leaked and soaked the floor everytime. had to use our bath towels and wrapped them around the bottom of the toliet. told the front desk and she said shed let the maintance man know, no one ever contacted us. she gave us more bath towels. sink did not drain properly tub had been painted and was chipping off while showering the bed sheets had dirt and crumbs on them as if they hadnt been changed since the last visit

Television did not work well. Also there was not a remote in the room to use the tv. had to get assistance from the desk for that. No hand soap in the soap dispenser. No alarm clock and no desk phone, so if we did not have a cell phone it would have been difficult to set an alarm and contacting the main desk or more importantly the 911 emergency line for issues.

First room smelled like cat pee could not even stand to be in it. They moved me to another room that smelt better but there were stains on the bed and the TV did not work. I left and did not stay

Room was clean, only exception was that there were 2 used washcloths that were still in the bathroom hanging on the shower rack. Besides that, room was very clean.
