Easy to find A bit noisy & somewhat dirty

Nothing it look very old The room had a smell the bathroom look dirty & the y charge for breakfast. I didn’t know that

Overcharged by hotel. Co tacted desk. Tried to get managers number. Was told they couldn't help because they were sold. Also told it was Booking.co s error.

Location Too dark

Beautiful hotel, rooms were nice, staff was friendly. We got a little lost and backwards finding rooms and parking. A little pricier than I would have preferred.

Nice pool area Stayed for 4 nights & housekeeping never cleaned or brought fresh towels Very poor lighting in the courtyard on the way to get to elevator.. there were areas that were totally dark Parking lot did not have any lighting..again when you came back in the evening totally dark When I mentioned it to the front desk they just kind of said yes that’s how it is Very very unsafe

The spacious room, comfortable bed, shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided. Staff is friendly and helpful. The fireplace nook at the front was nice ambiance. Free bottles of water for the room and frig in room were nice. Southwestern craftsman decor nice. The bathroom was very small and the door to the toilet shower was in a position that made it difficult to shut when on the toilet. Lots of unused space in the room overall with such a small bathroom makes no sense. The lighting was not great, in strange places: bathroom mirror light at the top creates shadows and is low lighting - on the side of mirror would be much better. More light in the main part of the room would be good.

staff was nice the rooms smell and it is ery old. more like a motel than a hotel.

The room was nice sized. The buffet breakfast was good. The lack of exterior lighting in the parking areas and along footpaths was awful-nonexistent. This presents a real slip and fall liability hazard for guests. I suggest you correct this as soon as possible.

I love this place.. the location is great, the restaurant is good and the beds are extremely comfortable. Nothing! My favorite hotel.

Fresh cookies at check in- amazing!!! Pool was nice too! Everything was easy going- which we loved! The bathroom wasnt the tidiest when we arrived. But it wasn’t anything we couldn’t work around since we booked so last minute.

I loved the large size of the rooms. It also has an on location restaurant that was really fun to hang out in!

The design of the buildings and rooms were so cool. The room was large and very comfortable. We used the airport shuttle to and from the airport and the driver Tim was so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about the area. No problems in the slightest - they even give you warm cookies when you check in
