Motel 6 Tempe, AZ - Broadway - ASU

Overall a a good stay.

Security working the property had. Great customer service and made me feel safe . I lost my driver license on the property and he returned to the front desk

My room key didnt work for the entirety of my stay, the TV didnt work in the room, the remote was broken, the room temperature never got below about 85 degrees. The woman at the front desk acted like I was inconveniencing her when all I wanted was access to the room I paid for. Ive stayed at this location many times, and ive never had an experience like this. Really disappointing.

The cleanliness, the sheets in the bed were stained and so were the towels. I went to go buy a towel and some sheets to put over the bed.

Nothing so far, cool rooms, low prices.

That circle k was next door This place is ridiculous I can’t believe the staff how lazy and useless they are

The stuff that is super friendly and accessible. The bathroom needs remodeling but it was all functional.

Very comfy and extremely clean The AC was down below the bed so the room did get very hot as the air couldn’t circulate

AC was runner down. Beds hurt. Won’t be staying here again.

Was a quick booking, check in/ out was fast as well. Over all was a quiet facility, pillows were as flat as a board. Essentially felt like we slept without pillows bed was not to bad, but definitely had us waking up with a sore back. Bed by the door was put right next to the Ac Unit, I was cold all night while the kids and Husband were slightly warm because my body was pretty much blocking the unit from cooling the room properly. Room was definitely half fast cleaned. There seemed to see some grease on a flyer left on the desk and food crumbs left on the sitting chair. Along with some stuff on the floor.

I'd like to start by saying that, after seeing the condition the rooms were given to us, we made the decision NOT to stay there. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that both rooms were very very dirty and one room wasn't even ready. Also one of the rooms didn't have so much as any sheets or pillow and the restroom was left very dirty, nowhere near in any condition to stay there. I regret to say that our experience was so disappointing that we will more than likely never going to stay at another Motel 6 ever again.
