Motel 6 Tempe, AZ - Broadway - ASU

I'd like to start by saying that, after seeing the condition the rooms were given to us, we made the decision NOT to stay there. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that both rooms were very very dirty and one room wasn't even ready. Also one of the rooms didn't have so much as any sheets or pillow and the restroom was left very dirty, nowhere near in any condition to stay there. I regret to say that our experience was so disappointing that we will more than likely never going to stay at another Motel 6 ever again.

I've enjoyed how this place was renovated..looking sharp Well now you're placing this deposit. $1 for bank card or $50 in cash. I mean why place and inconvenience to your guest..Now for some shade..I don't think we should have to pay for that let alone your staff can't even clean the floors right. Or at all..but over all I love that place..oh and the bed frames...lol they need to be redone/reenforced

Location was convenient to places I needed to go Kiosk very unprofessional not helpful **liers**charged me for early check in and room was not correct and didn’t check in until 4:30 never got refund**check out tried changing me for smoking and I have not smoked in years

Because of these issues, I was unable to comfortably stay in the room and ended up spending time in my rental car instead. This experience was far below what any paying guest should expect from a hotel advertised through Orbitz and Expedia. I reported the problems and requested a refund, but after multiple follow-ups I have still not received a satisfactory resolution. I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the property and the handling of my complaint. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Tempe. The motel advertises amenities such as air conditioning and guest comfort, but my experience did not reflect those standards.

The fact that there is no one at the property other than a security guard is ridiculous. The bathroom flooded twice in 6 hours. Had to use the sheets and blankets off the bed to make sure my luggage was not destroyed. Horrible property

Be prepared for a long wait for check in at the virtual kiosk. Every rep I had to speak to barely spoke English and when they did they were very condescending and rude.

Had to talk to a kiosk instead of having someone actually in office, first and second key didn't work to room I was given so a 2nd room was offered but ac was not cool enough so a 3rd room was given upstairs which I wasn't happy about. The whole area smelled like marijuana, the room had a couple bugs including a tick, the room wasn't that cool, the floor was so dirty and the water took a while to get hot. Definitely worst motel 6 I've been to.

Guests were locked out of rooms. No manager on site. After 3 hours waiting, left for another motel. Have to dispute charges to my credit card. They were unable to provide access or refund charges.

I stay there for work. I work nights and come back to the room late. Once I am done at work all I want to do is relax in my room, but every night I have to get my room key reprogrammed to my room. There is no live person at the desk. There is a kiosk and a person helps me from afar. It makes things a lot harder for me to enjoy my stay. I do not recommend this place.

Amazing service

Around lots of food options The air coming from the AC unit smelled of mildew. It was a somewhat comfortable stay. Other than that, staff was awesome. I really like that I didn’t have to pay a fee for my ESA

Blood in the sheets when we checked in and the front staff gave us sheets did not proceed to change the sheets

It was great.we had a great time.

My cooler didn’t work when I got there, I was changed to another room where the cooler in that room was barely working and the tv wasn’t working as well.
