Motel 6 Tempe, AZ - Broadway - ASU

It was a very horrible experience. The sink did not work properly. The towels were extremely dirty. The floor was extremely dirty. The neighborhood was extremely dangerous. It smelt very bad inside the motel room, and there were tons of roaches. I was very unsatisfied with my day. I would like to request a full refund for the inconvenience.

Clean room, ample parking, good air conditioning unit.

Toilet didnt flush. Not enough clean towels. Lots of trash around. AC wasn't that cold. But we didn't get bothered by anyone. It was quiet. Nice housekeeper.

No tienen nevera, no hay microondas, no hay hielo, el toilet sucio y el aire acondicionado no enfría la habitación porque está muy sucio.

The manager and house keeper are rude I don't recommend staying here

. I was there for 2 days, the card for the room didnt work which meant that everytime I had to enter my room I had to go and ask a staff member to open me the door, so far it's just something small, probably an error ,it happens, but after that I realized that there is no staff members, its a robot that gives you your card, I had to stay in my room the whole day because the cleaning lady was leaving at 4pm, I missed the whole reason I stayed in the hotel for, to go to an event but since that event finished at 10pm, I had to stay in the room for the whole day, otherwise I couldnt get to my room and i had nowhere to sleep

Clean bed sheets and towels was hard to get the whole time I was there

Automated computer people that are not able to help you with anything...

Never will go here again

Passable

The whole experience was terrible I would not recommend this motel 6 to anyone ever.

Clean

Yesterday was totally different staff was great they put me in a nice room TV work ac cool 😎

The ac didn't work so I didn't get to sleep and the lady wouldn't give me a new room or have maintenance check it out ...thank God for the guy on the kiosk

Air-conditioning don't work

There was no fridge, no microwave, and no ice machine on premises even though we had an ice bucket it the room

Overall a a good stay.

Security working the property had. Great customer service and made me feel safe . I lost my driver license on the property and he returned to the front desk

My room key didnt work for the entirety of my stay, the TV didnt work in the room, the remote was broken, the room temperature never got below about 85 degrees. The woman at the front desk acted like I was inconveniencing her when all I wanted was access to the room I paid for. Ive stayed at this location many times, and ive never had an experience like this. Really disappointing.

The cleanliness, the sheets in the bed were stained and so were the towels. I went to go buy a towel and some sheets to put over the bed.
