Love this hotel! We stay here when we have to come into Temple. Ms. Yoli, she is the best first thing in the morning. She talks to everybody. She's sweet. She's kind and everybody loves her

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our stay. My wife was about to take a shower and then realized that we did not have any hot water. She had to get dressed and then we had wait for the front desk help to assess the issue. He then proceeded to check other rooms and realized some other ones did not have hot water. He finally found one that did not and then we had to pavk up all of stuff and move to the new room. At least the shower had hot water but the bathroom door was broken in this unit.

Friendly staff Room had broken privacy handle in bathroom, toliet seat was off alignment by at least 1 inch, water would not get hot. Water was almost cold, room temp at best. Beakfast was pretty basic with most items pre-cooked and not fresh tasting. Eggs were in a patty shape and sta ked in a display type shelf.

Easy to get to. Nice and clean. Not a lot of openings to the motel depending on where you parked.

Overall stay was good.

Room was very clean. Only problem was having to wait for hot water. You would have to let it run for at least 10 minutes for it to heat up.

Room was clean but had to switch rooms due to electrical problems in first room.

Overall good experience for a quick pick in choosing a place to stay on short notice.

Was a tough stay I woke up Tuesday the 5th to the fire alarm going off around 4 Am in the building. there was no explication or direction from the staff on what was going on and what we should expect. Then that evening, May 5th, when i returned to the hotel from work both elevators were shut down and the stairs had to be used. Again with no direction, explanation, or apologies from the staff. Except one male staff member in the morning with tattoos (sorry I don't remember his name, Tyler I think) none of the staff members wore name tags. I didn't see a breakfast attendant at all any morning that i was there. Lastly the young lady working 3 to 11 the majority of the evenings I was there was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Every interaction felt like i was inconveniencing her.

I normally love this location, but this time let me down. Staff was great, as always- but the room left a lot to be desired. There was hair everywhere on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The sink was a bit grimy, and the dish soap was not refreshed. My blinds were also broken/tattered and I could not raise them, as the chain was broken. It was late, so that’s on me for not changing rooms.

The facility and the staff were excellent. I definitely recommend this location. We had a queen suite with a queen sofa bed, and the room was huge! My only drawback, and In the large scheme of things this is minor, but the bacon at breakfast was so dark and crispy that it didn't taste like bacon. To be fair, I dislike crispy bacon, but this bacon was overcooked.

Best place here in Temple. This will be our return spot always. Room was huge, comfortable and very accessible for my wheelchair bound partner

Due to having a family member in the hospital we found the need for a hotel room. This place was so nice, the staff amazing and they helped me with a number of various requests and tasks. I'll Definitely stay here again.
