Renovations were in progress

Staff was amazing. My cellphone got stolen right off their counter by a potential customer and they made so much effort to help me recover it!!! They do everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as they could!

The hotel advertised breakfast, but was not yet setup to serve it. Also no coffee maker in the rooms. Shower would not turn off and toilet made a loud noise when flushed.

Location was good, but the entire hotel was under construction both in the lobby and halls. Too much construction mess, noise and no breakfast. Had I known about the construction I would not have booked. The manager was indifferent about our complaints of the mess. Our room was very outdated and barely functional. The shower did not turn off and leaked all night, o. Top of having broken walls. Terrible.

Under construction. Had to walk on dirty gross carpet in hallway not even secured to the floor. No breakfast offered even tho it said it was due to construction. Construction materials and half finished projects all over the property. Cobwebs all over our room

Didn't know there was major remodeling construction going on. Would have chosen different location.

The room reeked of chemicals where mgmt had used something to cover animal urine. Toaster kept burning toast & staff freaked out over the toast being thrown away. Big butter tub instead of individual packets. Had Subway mayo & mustard packs in clear box but no Subway in or near hotel. Milk jug setting on counter & not refrigerated. Staff hovered while getting breakfast. No bedbugs. Ok, if just passing through.

Not to much noise Well, as I opened the blinds to see the view, out side the window was a cardboard box about 40"x60 broke down, in the tree below. Understandable with the construction on going.

This is an ok place outside of the breeze way smelling like some one has been using it as its own personal bathroom….gosh it was bad. Then when we went down to get breakfast the front desk worker was so very rude….and disrespectful, but as I’ve said it’s an ok place to stay!!!!
