The two girls at the front desk were very nice & very sociable. I also liked that you were a pet friendly hotel & I was able to have my dog stay with us. We also heard some sawing & what sounded like a drill gun so we think they might have been in the midst of some remodeling. The grounds outside were dirty. The side entrance walkway had broken steps. The rooms were in okay condition but could’ve been a bit cleaner. The paint was chipping on the bottom of the pool.

Don’t expect to use the pool the morning you check out, they keep it locked and will refuse to open it unless you buy another night with them. Being a choice member means nothing at this hotel.

Very minimal, the room only had a bed and a dresser, no chairs or small couch, even though there was planty of room, manufacture sticker was left in the tub after remodel, lobby looked like is was under remodel even though there was no construction present. Floors were kinda dirty. One star rating overall

Staff was amazing. My cellphone got stolen right off their counter by a potential customer and they made so much effort to help me recover it!!! They do everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as they could!

The hotel advertised breakfast, but was not yet setup to serve it. Also no coffee maker in the rooms. Shower would not turn off and toilet made a loud noise when flushed.

Location was good, but the entire hotel was under construction both in the lobby and halls. Too much construction mess, noise and no breakfast. Had I known about the construction I would not have booked. The manager was indifferent about our complaints of the mess. Our room was very outdated and barely functional. The shower did not turn off and leaked all night, o. Top of having broken walls. Terrible.
