Nice for the price

My experience at this facility wasn’t the best; it was completely unsecured several times which I notified the management of the first time. The second time (the very next day) we left for 1 hour and came back to the room door completely wide open due to the “housekeeping” going to get additional sheets or towels…this is unacceptable and training needs to be accomplished. Housekeeping should know what rooms need to be cleaned and have a list and “if” they walk away for 10-15 mins…the guests door should be closed completely. Housekeeping threw out all of our drinks from the fridge. Who told them we were checked out? If “housekeeping” was replacing towels and sheets…why throw out our drinks from the fridge? It doesn’t make sense. Anyone could have easily took something out (valuable) of the room and left (if something was there). Due to the first incident we packed all of our belongings and placed inside of our personal vehicle and just drove around with everything (suitcases and etc) with us until we departed.

The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and pricing was good. The first room provided had very slow sink drain, and staff moved me to another room that was clean and comfortable which helped me get several good nights of sleep.

The shower had hair on one of the side handles. The bed had not been made and there was a stain on it. There was no hand soap. The breakfast area had no cups for coffee.

everything accept i left 2 big bags of M and M's in the fridge and i called back to ask if they found them and they told me they did and they threw them away so i was out of 10 dollars because of what they did they could have put them up till i called back but to be honest i think the person that cleaned the room took them I liked every thing

CHECK IN Took appx 15 minutes, no other customer ahead of me in the lobby. Was given a key for room 120 which was already occupied. No big deal but, Minus 3 points 7/10. ROOM OVERVIEW Very good AC, very soft comfortable bed, functional fridge and microwave. Bathroom was fine. Minus 1 point for a (external entry) door that didn't fit snugly at all to the doorframe, appx. 1/4 inch gap all around; letting in sunlight and nice balmy July heat airflow. -1 point=9 HOTEL LOCATION AND PARKING Plenty of parking spaces; close to several fast food restaurants. 10 BREAKFAST haha Skip it. Waffle maker, some YoPlait yogurt cups, and a non-functioning coffee machine. Walk over to Wendy's for their great Baconator breakfast sandwich instead! Or a breakfast sandwich at Empire Bagel downtown. Treat yourself. 2 VALUE FOR PRICE At $79 a night this is the best hotel deal in Thomasville. Awarded the #3 hotel in town by (name? rating agency) behind the $125 Hampton and the $200 Courtyard. 10 Total 38 points out of possible 50. My Score? 76%. Not bad, not bad.

Check in staff was very courteous and the process was fast. The only downside was that there were no toiletries in the room as it was indicated on the website that there are free toiletries in each room.

I did not like when i checked out and went back home and later i realized i had forgot my 2 bags of M and Ms and i called and they told me when they find stuff in the fridge they throw it away and i know better that the person who cleaned the room they took them because they were never opened and I could not get the tv to work

Low price, but should have known why. Odor in room. People loud outside room until after11 pm. Left early.

The pool was nice The bed was not too comfortable, could use some work on the softness

I didn’t like that I got cheated out of my stay time

Television remote did not work properly. Poor quality of pillows

Dirty sheets didn’t replace towels after taking them hard to get anything you ask for

Staff, location. Lovely trees. Mr. Nick Patel, owner. Crack around the door at our room, Room 115. It was about 1/4”-1/2” and my friend was nervous people could see through.
