Econo Lodge Thomasville

The manager at this hotel on more than one occasion was very difficult and very rude. I told her and showed her videos of the bed bugs and she kept telling me that those weren’t bed bugs because they are usually found on the tag of the bed.

The room had bed bugs to start. My towels were not clean soon as water. Touched them they turned black, like they've never been washed. I dot locked in my room and locked out of my room. The door it's just not even locking all the way. They let people stay there about a week. So don't I stayed there? I'm not knocking the ones that are staying there. Because that's the only place that they have. But if you're going to have a hotel room for rent, put them somewhere else and not where you have customers that are staying for a couple of days. I would never do economic or quality in ever again. And also red roof in in Thomasville, Georgia.

The bed sheets smelt like drunken old man the carpets felt gross on your bare feet the top blacker cover had mold on it the suitcase holder was covered in mold

Decent price The bed covers had stains and so did the towels. Also some of the staff were very rude.

Location was great and Ashley from thr front desk was excellent. We had 2 pillows the size of church barbie pillows , asked the front desk for help woth this. The manager CJ told Ashley she could not get us pillows we needed to fluff the ones on the bed. The rooms were disgusting , nothing was clean. Rags and towels were ruined by what looks like black make up and the deadbolt was broken along with pretty much everything else. Will not be staying here again.

Sheets and bedspread had cigarette burn holes. Stains on sheets. Handicap room that had brackets sticking out on one side of bed. Room is in severe need of repairs and updates. At least one electrical outlet would not firmly hold a plug and is a fire hazard. Breakfast was really lacking compared to previous years we have been there. TV access was very poor and worse than NTSC quality. Staff did what they could and offered another room. But it was the same. We have photos but cannot get them easily on this review.

The staff was friendly, courteous and willing to help. Had a small issue and they handled it very quickly. The floors in the room were dirty. They had not been swept or mopped in quite some time.

I was confronted with an issue first arriving. I was told my room was 406 and my card clearly was 405. The morning of check out I had to switch my key card 4 times ñ I'm f

Nothing!!! Debating not even sleeping there. There were dirty condoms under the bed. Big stains on the carpet. And a huge gap in the door, enough to see whole people outside the door.

We liked the relatively low price. Parking lot was good and well lit. Staff was helpful. The room was in bad shape. There was a hole in the bathroom door, which we couldn’t close and a huge hole in the huge hole in the bathroom wall. The heating system was effective; we couldn’t regulate the temperature.
