I Came From Pennsylvania & Was Pleasantly Surprised. The Room Was Clean, Beautiful Updated Bathroom. The Pool Was Open && Clean. Highly Recommend && Will Be My Normal On Trips. Also The Young Lady In The Front Was Very Friendly && Quick .

Nothing They made me pay an extra $61 in “fees and taxes” booking is handling it but they said I should have never had to pay extra, the staff had an attitude ESPECIALLY the assistant manger my god

Dirty floors only 2 towels and we stayed 4 nights

I was very impressed because the last time I stayed it was disgusting as well as when I worked there but the room last night was immaculate I would say that I would live there thank you for the stay I will assure you I will pass the word alone,

The rooms are very basic . Not that nice ! The air conditioning is way too loud . Hard to sleep .

Room updated. Bed comfortable Some bad actors staying in hotel and on premesis. One guy walking around with saw. One mental health pt followed me one night with a stick. Hotel charged my card again even though I paid booking prior to stay.

The doors locked like they should The rooms didn’t look like the pictures the bed was like a rock and there was sand on the floors

Exceptional location, the room was large and modern, highly clean, definitely a good place to stay. The sink was not working.

1st night we asked for an extra wash cloth and towel because there qas only 2 of each in the room, was told they didnt have any. We lefted the next morning to go back into Tallahassee, the reason for our trip. We got back to hotel about 8, dirty towels weren't removed. Husband went to get fresh ones. The lady at the counter stated she couldnt get any clean ones, that they were locked in laundry room and she didnt have a key. I was ok with, stuff happens, Husband was NOT happy. 10 minutes later we get a knock on the door asking which vehicle was ours, i told her and front desk lady said that tshe was told the "Marijuana" smell that was outside was going from our vehicle. I politely told her no, that it was there when we got back and that my husband was a Paramedic and could lose his licenses for that! Exterior doors were slammed the rest of the night into the morning. I went to check out and asked for receipt, no printer paper.

The price was good. No soap in the bathroom. The towels were old and looked like they had been used a lot. The floor was sticky

Let me park anywhere I wanted , Nobody didn’t have a pacific parking spot even if my car was broken down they still let me park it the way I need to get it fixed or however worse I did not appreciate the lady and her child that worked there on dayshift talking about that. I were in the way and blocking people from backing out for moving around my vehicle safely. Me versus The construction workers that come there with their trailers and take up a parking spot or backing up safely into a spot. Nobody did not complain to them. But before my last day, someone complained about me being in everybody’s way, and I went down there to see what the issue was. Nobody did didn’t come to tell me until the lady that told on me was concerned about her daughter that was kicking her ball in the middle of the parking lot where the car park at And no type of harms way my vehicle is in the way of harming the child and it was completely shut off so that was my only complaint and also when I booked for my room. I asked for a king bed. I did not get it because the system had a fault or something, and it did not give me the King room that I asked for and paid for so I had to suffer with the two twin beds and small tv I asked them to switch the room, but it was already noticed to me that I was given the key card. I hope they figure that out on the booking app or however. The only concern was the Wi-Fi and Internet was weak. Everything else is fine and acceptable. The Wi-Fi needs a real major boost or more invest investment into it. I will be coming back, but can we please fix the Wi-Fi and the signal around the whole hotel I cannot play my game or get online with my tablet unless I stayed in a pacific area of the room and that did not last too long I had to use my Wi-Fi hotspot data

The convenience to the highway. Unhoused persons sitting out front the main lobby. Mangy cats eating on liter/trash in the parking lot. Stained bedspread and sheets. Literally had one sheet set that appeared to come from the dollar store. Holes in the bathroom door that didn’t shut.

Just dont do it. Keep looking.
