When I arrived the lady at the front desk ignored me and another guest checking in to carry on a lengthy personal conversation. Then when she was finished with the personal conversation she walked away for a good 5 minutes before returning.

I wasn't even able to stay at this property. As soon as we arrived on Friday afternoon, apparently there was a "nation-wide" system blackout issue and the front desk was not able to check us in to our room. We had just traveled 7 hours from South Florida, extremely tired and ready to settle in... only to find out we could not check into our room. Why is there not some back-up mechanism in place to check guests in if there's a system blackout? In my opinion that is unacceptable. We ended up having to go down the street to the Holiday Inn & Suites for a system that works. Thankfully, I was fully refunded for my planned stay. But I won't be doing Business with ANY Hilton affiliated hotels ever again.

The food and the staff are always professional The bathtub was awful. It looks like an old floor was finally removed. But the grime and worn and tear from the mat is still in place. Obviously we did not take a bath.

The room was great, breakfast was good, didn't use the fitness center but the equipment looked good, and the staff was helpful.
